Jason came and cleaned the ducts in our home. He is courteous, prompt and did a great job, especially since we had a bad smell down one duct (dead rodent?) He even used the camera down the vents to assure me that all was remedied and we have not had any problem with smell since. He also cleaned the furnace and replaced the filter. The price includes taxes. Thank you Jason. We will definitely hire you again.

Jason from Duct Dudes was punctual, friendly and explained the process well. He readily showed me how to clean the filter upon request and advised how frequently maintenance should be done etc which was very useful. He offered to help move the furniture back after and was very conscientious of using cloths and taking on/off shoes as he went. Jason did furnace maintenance and duct cleaning for our newly purchased house. He was super polite, very friendly, and accommodating. Used duct dudes for duct cleaning of our house. Great guy, great work. 10 out of 10. Jason, the duct dude himself, returned my call with an explanation of his process and availability (he's busy, so call ahead!). He came out on time as scheduled. However, He found a deficiency, which he could have ignored and worked through anyway (like all the previous duct cleaners had done) - but instead, he showed me how I could remedy it and offered to re-schedule at no extra-charge. Effectively he missed out on doing one of two jobs for the day (he spends at least 3 hours per job), to ensure that I had the opportunity to address the deficiency that was of no-fault of his own! When he came back to do the cleaning at the re-scheduled time, he was courteous, thorough and easy to deal with. Great guy, great service, great work.
