After calling Jason inquiring about getting our furnace ducts cleaned, all concern over how things would proceed simply vanished. Jason both described in detail, and directed us online to a demonstration of what his process included. Having had duct cleaning in the past by other, less thorough companies, it was immediately obvious that there was no worries about receiving a complete cleaning in a professional manner. The web-site info was nice to see how the work would proceed, so all that was left was to set up an appointment, and await Jason's arrival. Jason brought with him the best looking duct cleaning gear I have ever witnessed, set up quickly, and thoroughly cleaned all of our ducts, registers, and the furnace. He was very neat, and left no mess, even going the extra distance to fix an existing problem with our ducting. This was above and beyond what other companies have walked right by in the past without even a mention to us. Ductdudes, via Jason Williams, has totally met and exceeded our expectations, and we will be using him for our parents duct cleaning needs. Highly reccomended.

Jason at DuctDudes was fantastic. Originally he stopped by to take a look and was tight on schedule. But he managed to squeeze me in. I left my house key with Jason and he took care of the job. He is polite, professional and reliable. Jason went out of his way and headed to Home Depot to buy a quality 3M pack of allergen reduction filters for my furnace and installed them. He took the extra trips to make sure I received the best service possible. Now my newly renovated house isn't dusty anymore and smells fresh and clean. Thanks Jason! Definitely will call Jason again and recommend him to my friends and family.

Jason was excellent to deal with. I was nervous because he had to drill a large hole in our duct to gain access, but he explained everything and left with everything in good order. I would definitely have him back again.

Jason came to service all of the gas fireplaces and dryer vents and ductwork in our four unit strata. He made it easy for us to schedule a day where he could work on all four units, rather than having to come back on separate days for each one. He also coordinated schedules with Westmount Heating so that we could ALSO have our boilers serviced at the same time. A scheduling nightmare for any company, but Jason rose to the occasion. I couldn't believe the amount of lint that came out of our dryer ducts... I was quite horrified at the amount of build-up! Jason told us about the hazards of this (i.e. potential for the dryer to stop working, or worse-- a fire), and will certainly be having him back to do the same service in two years. Jason was very easy to work with-- communicative, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and very reasonably priced. I ABSOLUTELY would recommend him!

Jason was very professional and conscientious in cleaning my ducts and servicing the furnace. He explained things as he proceeded and was open to answering any of my questions. He provided me with a few helpful hints for keeping my furnace clean and well maintained. I appreciated that he cleaned his working area prior to leaving.
