    Furnace maintenance and duct cleaning

    Great Customer Service and Cleaning

    - Easy to speak with and setup a date (Oct 2017) - Called earlier during service window - Described process and provided further video info - Described work performed for our understanding - Finished quickly - Took time to educate us on some furnace questions we had from what the previous owners of our home did - Pleasure to deal with Jason and Jenna I am very sensitive to all manners of dust and pollen and especially post renovation did everything I could not expose myself or my children to the forced air. After Jason's work I could notice the cleanliness of the forced air from our ducts and sleep a lot better.

    Duct cleaning

    My wife found this group and wow, really impressed by their friendliness and professionalism as they were approachable with any questions and considerations. They did an amazing job. Noticed a considerable difference once the ducts were cleaned well worth the service.

    Duct cleaning and furnace check

    This is the second time I've hired Jason for cleaning furnace ducts and checking the furnace. He came on time, with a prior call to remind me of the appointment time, and happily explained exactly what he does, wasting no time getting to work with his excellent modern equipment. Jason is a respectful communicator, and appears to love this work to which he is carefully committed. I have been pleased with the outcome of his work each time and wish him success with his important work.

    Great service!

    Duct Dudes gives an excellent service! You have great communication with them, give you all information you need and are very efficient. I am very pleased with their service and really recomend them. Our townhouse complex will be using them every time we need our dryer ducts to be done.

    Great Service

    Very thorough service, it now feels like I have a well cleaned system. Jason is very knowledgeable, is equipped with the latest gear and arrives on time. He’s very careful around your home, and to top it off he is very personable.

    Furnace and duct cleaning

    We hired Duct Dudes to clean the duct system in our home and complete whatever maintenance was required on our furnace. It had probably not been done in years (we had recently purchased the home). The system now works beautifully, we actually have air circulating in our home. All the access points were patched well. They walked me through any issues and showed me how to clean our filters. I highly recommend this company. They are professional, respectful, thorough, and fairly priced. Sorry it took me a while to write a review.

    Duct Cleaning

    Incredible customer service and responsiveness. This is the second time I have hired Duct Dudes and both times I have been so happy I did. We recently had Jason and his team come to our home for a scheduled cleaning-he walked me through the process and gave great care to ensure I knew exactly what to expect. Our house has tenants and we needed to reschedule last minute - his team was very accommodating and understanding.

    Furnace and duct cleaning.

    I didn't have my ducts cleaned for many years. I know they were really bad. I appreciate the care and the service that Ductdudes supplied. They called the night before to confirm their arrival time, and again that morning. They explained all the steps in the process and proceeded in a professional and thorough manner to do the job. They pointed out other work that needs to be done, i.e. replacing the hot water tank. I would gladly recommend them to friends and acquaintances.

    Disappointed

    We chose this company based on high HomeStars rating but unfortunately found ourselves disappointed after the work was done. Jason was very proud of his new truck and it really looked like a great piece of equipment providing required vacuuming and blowing power and in fairness I'm generally satisfied with cleaning performed. However I'm very upset with Jason's and his assistant's attitude during work and after - he initially announced he didn't mind me watching what they were doing and I did follow them around the house since wasn't familiar with duct cleaning procedures at all but afterwards he repeatedly offended me accusing of watching him like a hawk, his assistant did a quite sloppy job of wrongly repositioning air filters in vents and on the next day we found out the cleaning operation knocked off a pipe connector to one of the branches and Jason didn't even care to reinstall it; later he offered to come to fix it but denied it was his fault. We decided not to bother avoiding unpleasant interaction again and managed to fix it ourselves but overall I certainly feel Jason deserves only low marks for his service at our place, no way we will hire him again or recommend to anyone. Having said that I wish Jason future success in his business nonetheless, he is a young and hard working guy surviving in this highly competitive industry, I hope and believe over time he will be OK after taking care of unfortunate mishaps here and there.

I understand that you are upset and apologize for any misunderstanding. Just to clarify we in fact do not offer services where by we install filters in vent covers. Jenna my assistant had put the filters that you supplied in your duct covers as per your request as a courtesy. I apologize on her behalf if they were not put in to your satisfaction. I spoke to your wife two days after we did the work at your home. During our conversation and after reviewing the photo of the vent connection of which she sent by email. I am confident that the duct in the photo was not removed do to my duct cleaning process. I mentioned that you had been following us around and inspecting our work thoroughly during the entire process and final clean up and I was sure one of us would have seen it. After explaining my reasons for this in detail to her over the phone she conferred with me at which point I offered to come by the same day to locate and install the vent connection. She text me shortly after and said that she was able to reconnected it. I take pride in the work I do and just as important to me is developing positive relationships with my customers.
