Exterior Painting
We had Joseph at Prorise do our interior waiting 3 years ago and contacted him to do our exterior last month. We had a great meeting with his design consultant who provided us with a great colour scheme for our house. Mohammed did a great job painting our house outside and we really appreciate the attention to detail they took. I would highly recommend them for both interior and exterior painting. Everything was done professionally and we did not encounter any concerns at all

Basement Drywall and Painting
Prorise Painting came recommended by a friend. We had recently put up new drywall in the basement, but needed someone to come finish taping, mudding and painting. There were also a few ceiling areas with a popcorn texture that needed to be dealt with. We live in an old house, so there were also plenty of imperfections that needed to be addressed. Joseph came by to view the area and provide a quote. From the beginning, he was very professional to deal with. He did a thorough walkthrough and described in detail how his team would tackle each and every part of the job, answering all questions and concerns along the way. He gave me great confidence that they would do a good job. Pablo came to complete the drywall and painting work - taping, mudding, skimming over popcorn ceilings and other imperfections. We couldn't have been happier with Pablo. He was a lovely guy to have around the house, worked extremely hard, and was consistently checking his work to make sure we were happy along the way. We are very happy with the outcome. Our basement is a huge improvement. We now have a bright, clean, finished space. It was always clear that the priority for Joseph, Pablo, and the whole team at Prorise, is customer satisfaction. They continued to work and touch up their job until we were completely satisfied. All for a very fair price. You couldn't ask for more than that! We would definitely recommend this team!

Extensive Drywall Repair and Painting
I recently bought a Townhouse that required some serious TLC! Specifically, the popcorn/textured ceiling. It mocked me with its multiple textures and general ugliness. I knew that repairing it would be a big job and I was really hoping to get it done while I was out of the country. I had got several estimates, but wasn't quite ready to hand over my keys. Until I decided to get one more quote. That is when I met Joseph. I knew right away that he and his team were the ones for the job, he was the first person to see the potential, as opposed to just the scope of work. Not to mention that he is incredibly organized and could present liability insurance and everything that would be needed for me to make an informed decision and the documents required by strata. The estimate was comparable to other reputable companies that I had recieved previously. I was finally ready to hand over my keys. I didn't worry about a thing while I was away because I knew the team had it handled. Chivan, Joel and Paolo did a great job. They helped my home reach its full potential and I got to have a stress free vacation, without living through renos. When I returned there were a couple touch ups that were taken care of right away. I highly recommend this company without any hesitation.

painting the whole house
Hiring Joseph and his team to paint our newly purchased duplex is the best decision we've made among all others in relation to our move to this new place. When I first met Joseph, I was impressed by his efficiency and professional manner. The package he gave us included coverage for liability. He pointed out to us areas of concerns such as the bathroom ceilings, the closets, etc. and provided us suggestions. He is really customer friendly and confident in giving his professional ideas. I chose the colors and he counter suggested based on his professional view. I was grateful that he did it because we would not have the color effects that we hoped for should we have not taken his advice. We had less than 10 days for him and his team to complete painting the whole house, including the ceilings and the doors. And he and his team made it! He was so accommodating that he even came one Saturday morning to work on a wall. And Saturday and Sunday were their time off. It was same with his team members. When I asked one of his team members to paint the wall color a few more inches inward of an open closet, so that the white closet color was not so noticeable, he willingly did it. Joseph is a man that keeps his promise. He agreed to do the touch up after we moved in. We had movers dented and scratched our walls. Later, when the man moved the new washer to the laundry space, he scratched the door and the door frame. Likewise, after the handyman changed the door locks, there were chipped marks around the locks. Joseph sent Jennifer to come to do the touch up whenever there was a need. We hired Joseph because he had the best review and he quoted us a reasonable price, not the lowest, but definitely cheaper than some of the painter that we had approached. I strongly recommend him.

Major drywall and painting work
Joseph and his team were amazing on this project !! we bought a Condo in Vancouver and being a fairly older building, it had popcorn ceilings and textured walls . In addition it didn't have any ceiling lights, therefore all the ceilings had to broken into and major drywall work was required in order to put in the ceiling lights . Joseph came to the apartment to meet us and after assessing the work needed, he made us quotations to what it would cost. He was extremely organised and gave detailed breakups to what what each step would involve for both labour and materials. As we were letting go of our rental apartment we needed the work to be completed in a certain time frame and they diligently kept to the schedule. Joel was the lead on this project and he did the most amazing job for both the drywall and the painting work . he was amazing and his focus on quality of workmanship was evident to see from the work . From the onset of the project, they guys came in and put down plastic sheets not just in the house, but also in the common areas to make sure that nothing was damaged in any way. They took a lot of care with what they did and how they went about their work. Drywall and painting for the whole apartments was completed in a short period of time at a very high standard and Joel would constantly look out for areas with even the slightest of imperfections in the paint to fix and redo. Every evening they would come back and check on the work and switch on heaters and fans to make sure that everything was going to plan and to schedule. We had two feature walls painted, for which Joseph threw in a free upgrade on the coat of the paint just because they took so much pride in the work done, that they wanted it to be of the very best quality I could not be more happy on this job and Joseph and his Prorise team were extremely professional, trustworthy and have a very high standard of perfection that reflects in their work.

House Painting
Joseph was very professional. A detailed quote was provided. The follow up attention to detail and communication on the project were outstanding. There were some challenges initially but they were managed to my satisfaction.

Interior painting.
Just happened to come across ProRise Painting via a Google search and was impressed with the reviews. I have to say that I highly recommend Joseph and his team. Very professional and we are so happy with the results. Customer service is often rare, but these guys/gals are fantastic.

Repainting of entire interior of townhouse
We had less than a week to find good painters to paint our entire townhouse (1600sqft) so my husband decided to search HomeStars. After he found a lot of strong reviews for Prorise, we decided to call and take a chance. We'd never hired anyone to do a paint job before so we were a little nervous but thankfully, we picked the right company. Joseph was able to schedule a consultation the same day we called and I really appreciated his direct, no-nonsense approach at our meeting. He was punctual, knowledgeable, gave awesome suggestions about paint colour, and straight-up about cost. The team completed the job right on time as promised and let me tell you--we were totally blown away! The place looked new and the paint job was exceptional. No streaks, no mess, just totally seamless. The place was 5 years old and in good condition but the paint job really made the place look phenomenal. We have a baby and Joseph assured us the paint they were using would be safe to move in shortly after without much odour. As promised, there was minimal odour when we moved in the same week. Our family was floored when we did the big reveal to them. Joseph's colour suggestions were spot on and we couldn't have been happier. I highly recommend Prorise.

Rental Condo Unit Paint Project
We needed our rental condo unit painted so we googled for painters in the lower mainland. Prorise came up in the search results with glowing reviews, so we contacted them. Joseph called me within the hour to discuss the scope of the project. He then conducted an on-site visit the next day and provided his recommendation on approaching a rental unit paint project a bit differently - which will save us money in the long-term. His expertise and experience with various types of painting projects was very evident. Despite the short turn around time of less than a week before our tenants moved in, Prorise did a very professional paint job with attention to detail and the cleanup was very thorough. Joseph was very responsive and communicated with us throughout the progress of the project. Prorise is very reasonable with their rates. We were quoted for 2 coats of paint, however, the paint job required 3 coats of paint for it to look good. Prorise never charged us for the extra coat and invoiced us the same amount as originally quoted on. We would not hesitate to recommend or use Prorise again for our future projects! Thank you Prorise and the team for treating our project as if it were your own!

House Exterior Painting
As a pensioner living in a relatively older 2 story house in Burnaby, I definitely was looking for a quality exterior painter at an affordable price. Prorise Painting fit that bill in all ways. As the team leader, Joseph proved to be the consummate professional from the beginning to the end during my house painting process. After many years of neglect, my house needed a rigorous makeover during the power washing, siding, structural beams, and garage door painting phases. The painters Robert and Mickey were able to overcome challenges such as difficult access siding areas and provide a satisfying overall painting experience for my house. Joseph ensured that the products and services delivered to me and my house exceeded my expectations by personally preforming touch up work at the very end. I would not hesitate to recommend Prorise Painting to my friends and neighbours"
