    Exterior pressure washing, window cleaning and exterior painting

    I am a professional and have lived in the Burnaby area for 40 years. I choose Prorise Painting because I wanted a local business and not a U.S based company. Joseph and his crew were very professional and finished the job to my expectations. Joseph kept on trying different ideas until the desired finish was obtained.

    Painting of Deck

    I found ProRise painting on Homestars. I spoke to Joseph who came out to the house and gave me an estimate and a detailed explanation of the work that was going to be done. This meeting took place in 2013 and due to the weather Joseph's crew was unable to complete the job other than pressure washing. Joseph sent his crew back out this year and had the deck re power washed and then painted. When the job was completed Joseph came out the same day to ensure the job was done to his expectations. Joseph is extremely professional, the work site kept clean. It was a pleasure dealing with Joseph and Robert the painter. I would highly recommend ProRise to family and friends. Thank you Joseph, the deck looks great.

    Exterior pressure washing and painting

    I saw Joseph's Prorise Painting company sign, researched the company and decided it was good. So I asked Joseph for an estimate to paint the exterior of my house in Coquitlam. Joseph and his painters were very professional, efficient, and were very detailed orientated. We are very satisfied with the work.

    Exterior pressure washing & exterior painting

    When my husband and I decided to paint the exterior of our house we contacted three reputable companies for quotes. All came in around the same price, but I liked Joseph's professional approach, explaining the different paint qualities and painting process to ensure a good job that would last for years. What also sold me was the fact that Joseph offered the services of a designer to assist us in choosing the right paint colours to give our house a modern look and enhance the existing brick cladding. We are very impressed with the professionalism and attention to details Joseph paint crew displayed during the preparation and completion of the project, which also included a newly built fence surrounding the property. Joseph checked in on the crew frequently to ensure that the job was running smoothly and efficiently. We would highly recommend Prorise Painting and would not hesitate to consider them for future painting projects

    Exterior painting

    I had several estimates for painting the exterior of our home and decided on Joseph from Prorise painters to do the work for us. Joseph came out to the home and met with me and did an estimate on our home (some companies that quoted on our home didn't even come out to look at the home and quoted based on google maps or something).... I found his price to be very competitive - many other companies were higher! I thought Joseph was very professional and thorough in his estimate. I really liked also, that with his estimate he included a designer to help me pick my colors! His workers were excellent and worked extremely hard and all day. He followed up himself on my home and had any touch ups that he felt were needed addressed immediately and always kept me in the loop as to what was happening. I've recommended Joseph to others as well and have been involved in overseeing his work on other projects and he is always very efficient and thorough. I would strongly recommend Joseph and his crew to anyone needing any painting work done!

    Wall Repair & Painting

    I had some fairly large cracks in our lath and plaster walls after having my roof re-done and I contacted ProRise for an estimate after finding them on HomeStars. Joseph was very quick to respond and provided a thorough estimate. He scheduled the work in when promised and the job was done efficiently and to a high standard. I was very impressed with the results- wow what a difference. The painters did an amazing job and the cracks have now been skillfully repaired. We will definitely call them again when we have another job.

    Exterior & Interior painting

    The exterior of my home needed painting, so I got a couple of estimates, including one from Prorise Painting. Joseph came out to our home and met with me and my wife and discussed the work with us. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He provided us with a written estimate detailing the work that would be done, including the paint to be used. The impression we got from Joseph was that he was a professional painter that knew his products and cared about doing the job right. I thought about going with a cheaper quote from College Pro, but I decided to go with Joseph and Prorise because I felt Joseph knew what he was talking about, and he made me feel at ease about tackling such a huge project. I made the right choice! You definitely get what you pay for and with Joseph and Prorise you get top quality workmanship and peace of mind. As we discussed the exterior painting, we also told Joseph that our son was a Canucks fan and that we would like to paint his room in Canucks colours. Joseph was able to fit this job into our quote and get this done along with the exterior painting. Joseph’s service also included a consultation with a professional designer (another reason why we chose Prorise) who helped us choose the exterior colours for our home. She also took a walk through our house with us and helped us choose colours for every room inside our house … for future painting. As for the quality of the work …. It is top notch. Before the crew was done, Joseph came out on 2 occasions to do a thorough inspection of the house and to point out areas that needed to be touched-up or corrected. He saw things and pointed out things that I didn’t even notice (and I’m picky!) and had his crew work on them before they finished up. Joseph and his crew did an excellent job on our 24-year-old house. It looks like a new home now. My son’s Canucks room looks awesome. We have received many compliments from friends and neighbours on the new look and on my son’s bedroom. One more thing … before Joseph and his crew started painting we discovered that our roof was rotting and needed to be replaced. We told Joseph to hold off on the painting until we resolved the roofing situation. That wasn’t a problem and Joseph even recommended an honest roofer to us that we ended up using for the job. We highly recommend Joseph and Prorise to anyone looking to paint their place (interior/exterior). We will definitely hire Joseph and his crew in the future when we start to paint the interior of our house.

    Ceiling drywall repair, light fixture replacement.

    I asked Joseph to do a repair in a very sensitive tenant situation. Because of the situation he gave his personal attention, was very patient and did good work in a very tight time frame. He was extremely professional in a difficult circumstance and understood my priorities. He was punctual, flexible, had excellent follow-up with me and was priced fairly for doing a job on such short notice in the busy season. He was also very detailed in telling me what the job would entail and was always accessible throughout the process. He was very knowledgeable about the process. I would absolutely have him renovate my unit after his repair job. I highly recommend him for his integrity and his work.

    Exterior house painting

    Joseph was very professional in his presentation and proposal. He demonstrated significant knowledge with respect to the condition of our siding, decks and stairs/landing and how to mitigate, prepare, and paint the surfaces. Then he and his team, led by Joel, followed through, doing a very thorough and good job. Each team member was polite, industrious, and attentive to detail. They re-did areas they weren't satisfied with, without us needing to point them out. The duration of the project took longer than anticipated but this was primarily because the contractor replacing damaged siding and a deck took longer than predicted. This likely impacted Prorise's other project scheduling as well, but we didn't hear any complaints nor was there any disruption in our work. Prorise was also very tidy at our work site. We felt we got very good value for money. We'd had another company paint the house a few years earlier and the contrast between that company (with which we were not at all satisfied) and Prorise was striking. We also appreciated the help Joseph's colour designer provided in helping us decide on an appropriate colour for the house. We've mentioned to neighbours and colleagues how pleased we were with Prorise Painting.
