    FANTASTIC MOVING COMPANY

    I am a senior who needed help. Toronto Moving Pro and Storage was there for me. The 3 man team were all stupendous in taking apart and setting everything up. Nothing was broken. Really worth the money. Furniture was well wrapped and protected. Lots of care and patience. They hung my clothing up in boxes and rehung for me. My furniture was placed where I wanted it to go in each room. They adjusted my kitchen table and chairs for me so that they weren't wobbly. A real plus! They didn't just dump it! Highly recommended. A+++

    Best complicated move ever!

    Two moves a week apart from same house - one to another in TO and the other to Blue Mountain. Done 8 days apart. Delighted with work - guys really worked hard, no damage, timely and super great to work with. In city had a team of 5, going north had 5 load and 3 unload. Price was really fair. Absolutely would recommend using them for any moves.

    Excellence All The Way

    Nancy was fantastic from the first contact. Communication was swift by phone and email. When the buyer wanted to switch the dates, she reassured me she would do everything she could to look after the move part. Movers were polite, communicative, and hard working even though it was a long day (13 hours). I am extremely satisfied with Toronto Pro Movers and highly recommend them. I raved about them to my real estate agent who asked for Nancy's contact! Word of mouth really should travel to promote Toronto Pro Movers. Reasonable price and great service.

    Moving

    Very professional Required 2 days due to elevator issues Very accommodating Staff was pleasant and the owner was also on hand Have used them on a previous move, thus had them move me again I highly recommend them. Reasonable for work involved

    Great workers - terrible customer service 0 integrity

    Movers were excellent, but had damaged part of the bed, no issue there, the issue is the customer service, which is terrible, with 0 integrity. Price magically jumped up after the job was done, even though we ourselves moved all the boxes and just left all the big items. On top of the damage which we could no longer use out bed frame, they offered $100 which is borderline insulting for a $3000 bed. We cut the move time in half from what was originally quoted, yet had to pay 75% of the price still. Stay away and move yourself unless you want to get rinsed on the final price.

    Hello Lucas, we are sorry that our standards did not meet your expectations but we agreed on an estimate at an hourly rate. This price was not a concrete price meaning the amount could differ from what was estimated. As stated in your estimate, the total of your hours for your move was quoted at 8 hours. Your actual time was 5 hours plus the additional fuel fee , Materials and Insurance as is stated in you original contract. So the actual price was cheaper than the estimated price. We can attach the estimate if you’d like to clear up any confusion. As for the damage to the bed, going back to our conversation, you mentioned the bed was fairly new, but as per our crew chief Moses,the bed had scratches, dings allover, and other damages that could not have occurred from our movers as we had every part in blankets for protection. Our office contacted you to resolve the issue with the damages to the bed, you refused our services and asked us not to contact you anymore. We offered compensation, but you refused all our offers.     Clearing out an estate

    Needed manpower to clear out an estate. My brother recommended Homestars, but in particular Toronto Pro Movers as he has used them in the past. We had two days of work, 2 different teams - Both were exceptional! All 6 men that came worked very hard, very quickly. Always pleasant and polite. Nancy was great to work with, we were in a bit of a tight schedule and she was able to accommodate to help us achieve that. Nothing but good reviews from us! Highly recommend them.

    Moving homes

    The best moving company Ive ever had the pleasure of working with! From Nancy who organized the move and was uber supportive, to JR and his team for a brilliant job packing and unloading the truck, to Marian who gave us a great price even with the job running much longer than anticipated. Everyone was exceptionally kind and easy to work with. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a stress-free move.

    Toronto to London Move

    Nancy took us from A to Z, holding our hand each step of the way. Moving day, movers were on time, and worked hard to load and unload (especially given the time limits to unload by the building management). No surprise charges/fees at the end. Paid what was quoted. Met and exceeded all expectations. Would highly recommend.
