We had a requirement to move heavy furniture from an apartment to a house as well as rearrange furniture in the house to allow the extra furniture to fit. The two man team arrived on time and did a great job of wrapping the furniture, especially two white couches, to keep them clean during transit. They also dis-assembled the queen size bed and re-assembled it in it's new location. They were very professional and great guys to work with. One of the reasons we went with Toronto Pro Moving was, unlike several of the other moving companies, they did not charge a minimum number of hours. Two other companies specified a minimum of four hours. They completed the move in three hours. We are very happy with your service. Thank you.

Toronto Pro agreed to give me a fixed price for the move as opposed to so much per hour which most of the competition would only do. Two people including the company boss visited my condo and I got the fixed price a day later. Unfortunately the day I booked the condo elevator for was changed, due to it being wanted at that time by a contractor replacing the windows, so, at the last minute, I had to change the day/time, which now involved Toronto Pro staff working out of normal hours. I was not charged any premium overtime for this to my surprise. I have moved many many times and I can truly sat that Toronto Pro did an excellent job, on time, nothing lost, nothing broken, unpacked and cleared away all rubbish

Great company to deal with. The men arrived on time, were very friendly and helpful. Quickly and carefully moved the boxes and furniture out of the house and delivered them to either an auctioneer or to storage for later use. Would highly recommend company.

I used ProMoving twice recently, first to move me from my apartment with stairs to my new flat, no complaining or extra charge for stairs. Then emptied out a storage unit in Toronto and deliver it to a storage unit in Barrie in 4 hours. On time and professional, good guys. I would recommend them to anyone.

Moving is always such a pain but the move itself was a bright spot thanks to the wonderful crew Marian sent! They were so efficient, kind, pleasant, and hard working. I’ve come to expect a few broken plates, chips, and knicks while moving with other companies in the past... After unpacking all weekend I can say there isn’t a scratch on anything! They were so wonderful!! My husband and I are so thankful!! Highly recommend! And the price was very competitively priced.

Toronto Pro moved my living room and dining room furniture into their storage facility for a month while I was having my floors refinished, then moved it back in. They did a great job of wrapping my wood and glass furniture and protected it from damage during the whole process. Unfortunately, one plastic chair did get scratched. They were particularly careful to protect the floor when moving back in, by putting down blankets, moving the furniture into the blanketed area all at once, then removing their shoes before moving the furniture into its proper location. They were careful to not drag the furniture while positioning it, which I appreciate.

The guys showed up right on time and did not waste any time getting right to work. They evaluated the best way to get everything down from our third floor walk up apartment, and got right to it. They had everything in the truck within 1.5 hours and were very careful and respectful of our belongings. On the other end at our new place, they evaulted our new home which also has 3 large flights of stairs, and got right into emptying the truck. Again, they were very careful and respectful of our items and the house, and they helped us put some of our furniture back together. There were so many stairs on both ends of the move and we did hear a single complaint from any of them. The 3 men that came were all very polite, and friendly. I truthfully have nothing negative to say about the company or the 3 men that came to help us.
