Hi Private User! We are very sorry that your experience with our company was not as you expected.Unfortunately every move is different and we can not be right on the dot with our estimates unless we visit your home prior to the moving date and you did't request an in home estimate .The estimate over the phone was approximate based on what you told us and i'm pretty sure that the other companies estimated the same but, moving EVERYTHING to the basement is not all the time easier for the movers or faster.The access to the basement was not great and the crew ended up spending a little bit more time in dismantling, taking the legs off from the sofa, tables, etc. Our crew spent time to carefully wrap your furniture and after dismantling attached all the hardware on the dismantled furniture.Our crew was on time, work diligently and finished the job at the reasonable hour.They didn't took a lunch break ,just stoped a the gas station on the way to the new place 5 minutes to get a quick snack. You had a full 26ft truck packed with boxes and furniture.All of the guys on the job where good movers and did there best to satisfy the customer ,they are trained and know what they are doing even if you think otherwise.As per your feedback ,if only one mover worked probably even today he'll be there moving your stuff. As per crew leader(the little asian guy as you called him) the floor was not scratched or any off the walls damaged.He even mentioned to you at the beginning of the day that is going to take a little bit longer due to amount off stuff.
