    Moving

    I recently used them to move from one house to the next. I chose them due to the extremely positive reviews, but I am unsure why that is the case. They were extremely slow (only one person knew what they were doing), and did not take care of our floors or walls. Our entire move ended up taking 9.5 hrs + 1 hr of travel, when this company and other companies estimated only 6 - 8 hours previously. We moved EVERYTHING to our basement, so there was no gravity against them - they never had to carry anything heavy upstairs. They also dissembled our furniture incorrectly and lost a few screws along the way. I spoke to Marian to give him the feedback, and he said he would call me back. Of course he never did. I know you may be tempted to use this company due to the reviews and possibly the price, but please take my advice and think twice.

We are very sorry that your experience with our company was not as you expected.Unfortunately every move is different and we can not be right on the dot with our estimates unless we visit your home prior to the moving date and you did't request an in home estimate .The estimate over the phone was approximate based on what you told us and i'm pretty sure that the other companies estimated the same but, moving EVERYTHING to the basement is not all the time easier for the movers or faster.The access to the basement was not great and the crew ended up spending a little bit more time in dismantling, taking the legs off from the sofa, tables, etc. Our crew spent time to carefully wrap your furniture and after dismantling attached all the hardware on the dismantled furniture.Our crew was on time, work diligently and finished the job at the reasonable hour.They didn't took a lunch break ,just stoped a the gas station on the way to the new place 5 minutes to get a quick snack. You had a full 26ft truck packed with boxes and furniture.All of the guys on the job where good movers and did there best to satisfy the customer ,they are trained and know what they are doing even if you think otherwise.As per your feedback ,if only one mover worked probably even today he'll be there moving your stuff. As per crew leader(the little asian guy as you called him) the floor was not scratched or any off the walls damaged.He even mentioned to you at the beginning of the day that is going to take a little bit longer due to amount off stuff.     Small move multiple stops and storage locker help

    I needed some help to move a small apt and drop off items at multiple locations, including a storage locker. Chris and Mark from Toronto Pro Moving were very professional; were on-time, worked safely and all furniture was moved expertly. - Lorne

    Another successful HomeStars Reference!

    Needed to move furniture from a deceased family member's apartment in Toronto to our home in Oakville. Had arranged the move with another company but at the last minute discovered they did not have the necessary insurance/paperwork, etc... Had to scramble because the elevator in the apartment building was already booked and not easy to to reschedule. Needless to say, the stress level was high. Reached out to Toronto Pro Moving and Storage, explained the situation to Marian who managed to accommodate us. His professional manner and responsiveness inspired confidence which immediately reduced our stress for which we are immensely grateful. The day of the move proved much more complicated due to problems with disassembling a particularly heavy metal/glass shelving unit. Add a small elevator and a fire alarm and it was a recipe for disaster. However, the moving crew, led by Chris was superb. They were extremely competent, patient and were able to problem solve. Arrangements were made for an extra mover to speed up the process while another went to work disassembling with the help of extra tools solicited from property management. The furniture was very well wrapped and secured for the move. On this end, they were extremely careful and cautious when it came to placing the furniture which was quite laborious as well given they had to deal with three floors and some extremely fragile pieces. And finally, the shelves had to be reassembled. We cannot say enough good things about the crew - personable, polite, professional, respectful, competent and hard working. Thank you so much.

    Really thoughtful movers

    Toronto Pro movers are without a doubt the best movers in the city. They were on time, very efficient and accommodating and polite. Every piece of furniture was wrapped carefully and moved without a scratch or any breakage. Moving is never a fun time, and Toronto Pro movers made the experience a bit nicer than it would have been otherwise. I would highly recommend this company to anyone living in the GTA. The crew we’re exceptionally nice people, and never made a complaint, even moving the piano!

    Best move ever

    The most efficient team I’ve ever moved with. Meticulous wrapping of every piece. Not a mark on any walls leaving or coming. We were finished earlier than I expected. Very courteous as well.

    Moving after fire in my building

    I am very impressed and happy with the outcome of my move with Toronto Pro Moving . This was the best team ever! Very happy with the team. Your movers were quick, punctual and polite, in fact, they were the best movers I've ever used, and I moved many times.

    Perfect Move

    Marion and his crew moved us twice. In each case the move was perfect, stress free and done on time. Entire crew is professional, respectful of belongings and make sure that they cover furniture and other items. In the past we had horror stories with movers. Marion’s company was an entirely different experience. The price is fair and the work is done perfectly. I will hire him again

    A Positive Experience!

    This is our second time using Toronto Pro and I am thoroughly impressed by the level of customer service, dependability and professionalism that they extend to their clients. From booking, to the day of the move, they took great care and were diligent to ensure that all of my house items were moved carefully and with respect. The movers that showed up were efficient and worked hard until the job was done. Our home had just be renovated and not a single mark or gash to walls or hardwood....they covered floors and railings, staircase posts and doors. Highly recommend this company!

    Competent and not expensive. Came on time, were efficient, well organized and pleasant to interact with.
