    They Did a Great Job

    That was the best experience I've ever had hiring a tree care company, perhaps, even any service company. The whole project from the initial service request on HomeStars to completion took less than a week. Aaron came by to look at the task to be done within 2 days and emailed me the quote the next day. Tree removal team came fast after that and did everything exactly how we'd agreed. They were nice, polite, professional and fast. They cleaned up after they were done. Communication was excellent. Vivian responded very quickly and made sure everything was absolutely clear. All in all, every single person I've dealt with at Toronto Tree Removal made me feel that they wanted the job and really cared about the result and experience throughout. They are the only company I would ever turn to in the future and I recommend it to anyone who needs tree pruning or removal. Thank you guys!

    Trees & Shrubs Removal + Deadwooding/Pruning

    Our property needed some major cleanup - the shrubs and trees had not been managed for years prior to us taking over the property. Called up Toronto Tree Removal after having received a quotes from a couple other companies. Aaron came for a walk-through of the property to discuss the work that needed to be completed. He shared his wealth of tree knowledge and patiently shared alternatives of tackling the project. It was really easy to converse with him. These guys came in the most competitive of my quotes and substantially more reasonable compared to the highest one so we decided to go with them. They came 2 days after we confirmed with them. Hilary and crew (4 people) came early in the morning and worked efficiently throughout the day. They took care with the work as they were removing quite a few tall trees from close to the house. As they were working, Hilary worked with my wife to determine the direction for pruning after the deadwooding. They had to haul away a load as well during mid-day. My wife was particularly impressed with a member of the crew that was extremely meticulous in pruning some wayward shrubs along one whole side of the backyard, basically inspecting and measuring branch by branch. Aaron came by with the stump grinder a couple days later to finish off the stumps. All in all a great experience with the team. It is clear that they take great ownership of their work and they are a delight to interact with. Heather and Vivian were also very much on the ball when it comes to the administrative side of things - definitely made it much easier when needing to dialogue with them when at work. Highly recommended and will likely go back to them when future needs arise.

    Tree Removal In Old Toronto West Neighbourhood

    I needed to remove a Sycamore Maple tree in my backyard. Toronto Trees came with up with the best estimate quote and answered all my questions about the process of the removal. Also ensured I had the proper permit and sign off from Toronto Forestry and my hired arborist. Heather worked with me on the scheduling of when the work would be done and was accommodating to my work schedule as I like to be on site when any work is done to my property. The guys showed up on the day and took care of everything especially in a old Toronto neighbourhoods where space is limited and access to the backyard can be difficult. Cleaned up the site afterwards. Great job. I recommended them to my friends & family.

    Remove a large tree branch and trim other branches to allow some sunlight

    The Toronto Tree Removal crew were terrific. They arrived early, got straight to work and did a splendid job, executing carefully exactly what was needed. Then they removed all the debris and left things in perfect condition. I'm so darn grateful and delighted with the results. I highly recommend them.

    Trimming crown of large dead poplar branches

    I was very satisfied with the service provided by Toronto Tree Removal. The whole process was seamless from the estimate to the completion of the job. The crew were punctual, friendly and efficient. I feel I had a great job done for a very fair and reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family.

    Quick, professional, tidy and reasonably priced!

    I have used this company several times now. They are great people. They have done their job very well. The first time I had them remove an extremely large old silver maple that was in a difficult position in the yard. They had to coordinate with my neighbours...they were very respectful and professional. The second time was to remove a large stump. Excellent job this time as well. I would absolutely use this company anytime I had any need for tree removal services.

    Amazing

    We want to extend our appreciation to Aaron and his crew for an amazing job. It is rare when the level of service exceeds expectations, such as we have experienced with Toronto Tree Removal. They deserve a 10 rating in all areas: safely and efficiently removing 4 tall dead ash trees that were over wires and our house. True professionals!
