Aaron and team were top class professionals. After submitting a request for a quote on his website, Aaron came on his personal time to my house to take a look at what I was looking to have done. Aaron provided me with a quote on the spot and we immediately agreed to move forward. On an agreed upon date and time, Aaron and his team came by the house, first thing in the morning, and tackled the job (6 stumps, 30 or so Siberian Elm hedges removed, and pruning of a cherry tree). Aaron did a fantastic job, including clean up, and followed up with me to ensure I was happy with the job and gave me a walk-through of exactly what he did. I would recommend Aaron immediately to anyone who requires his services. Thanks again Aaron!

At 4:30 in the morning, on the Saturday of the Labour Day weekend, a massive limb from my American elm crashed into mine and a neighbour's house. Tree was healthy and there was no weather, so it was a complete shock. Called several "24-hour" emergency tree services and got voice mail. Called Aaron and he was at my house by 6:30am. He assessed, quoted, trimmed some dangerous overhang and said he'd be back the next day. His entire crew was away for the long weekend, but he was there at 9am and worked solo for 6 hours to lighten the branches as much as he could. On Monday he had a crew of four, a wood chipper and a cherry picker at my place by 9am and they worked a 10-hour day among opinionated/panicky neighbours to get it done. They came back the next day to finish the last of it and clean up the yard. They left the exact wood I asked for, the yard was spotless, they were polite but firm with the neighbours, and I never doubted they would be there when they said they would. Aaron is professional, honest, nice and kind of fun. I will never use another company again and would recommend them to absolutely anyone. I wish they did roofing, HVAC, plumbing, concrete, etc, as well!

The tree in our backyard caught the dreaded ash borer disease and had to be taken down. We called a number of companies and Toronto Tree Removal provided the best quote. Once we decided to go with TTR, we called them up and they were able to make it the next day! Aaron and his team were very professional and got the job done safely and in a matter of hours (no small feat considering the size of the tree). They did a great clean-up when they were done, blowing off and collecting all the sawdust. I highly recommend this company.

I have hired Aaron and Toronto Tree Removal on multiple occasions ranging from the emergency tree limb removal noted in the title of this review, to regular, non-urgent tree pruning to maintain tree health. I can vouch for Toronto Tree Removal as a terrific tree maintenance contractor. For my emergency service, after an ice storm, Aaron and his team were the fastest respondents to take down a huge, dangerous limb that had broken away from the trunk of my neighbor's enormous Chinese Elm, which was hanging over my back yard. At this time, Aaron was also able to give me guidance on how to deal with this problem tree given my neighbor's unwillingness to maintain the tree properly and ensure it was safe. I also appreciated the integrity that Aaron showed in not taking advantage of the ice storm situation to over-inflate the cost of the work. For regular, discretionary work, I can confirm what other reviews here say regarding the cost-competitive rates this company quotes for work. And, their work is always excellent, the crews are very professional and friendly. And I've benefited from the guidance and answers to my questions I've received from Aaron and his team.

We lost an ash to the emerald ash borer. The tree was half dead and uncomfortably close to very large windows at the back of our house. Aaron and his crew took extraordinary measures to prevent damage. Importantly, they work in a safe and methodical manner. Too often, dangerous work attracts daredevils. The job came off without a hitch and the site was left clean. Highly recommended.

You never know who to call when you have a tree problem, especially a massive Manitoba maple; so I called 4 vendors all highly rated online, 2 didn't even call back. Aaron answered right away, said he would visit my location to give me a quote - that was on Tuesday at 2:00 and by 4:00 the same day I had my quote. I had a lot of questions as I wanted to make sure I was choosing a company I could trust; he was very patient and offered great advice. After some comparing to the other vendor who quoted I asked Aaron to do the job. By noon on Wednesday it was done - no traces of the tree. Backyard was clean, as well as the walkway, the sidewalk and road in front of my drive way. The team Aaron had with him were all professional, curtious and worked hard at making sure the job was done right. Toronto Tree Removal is now in my call list as they will be the only company I call in the future. Great customer service at a great price what more can you ask for.

after calling 5 different companies and accepted 3 quotes and no one showed up, i found Aaron and has been very happy with his price and service!!! He came on the weekend to see the site and came the day and time we agreed on with appropriated machinery (in comparison to another company in the field). He was very professional , did a super good job PLUS did not hesitate to give me good advise on my trees etc...no charge. I will call him again for any need with our trees. Thanks Aaron!

Called and Aaron came and gave us an estimate the same day, the estimate was competitive, and the work could begin next day. Crew of 5 arrived at 8:30, and tree safely gone by mid-afternoon. Backyard cleaned. Final cost same as estimate. Highly recommend.

Aaron was amazing! He came last minute to give us a quote because he happened to be in our neighbourhood. I agreed with the quote (in fact it was an excellent one) and the next thing I know he started digging in and completed the job. I give no hesitation recommending this company - and Aaron!
