    Dish washer repair

    Called Sunday evening, Kevin replied early Monday am, took details and was here today (Tues). Diagnosed the problem and repaid the unit to our satisfaction. He's knowledgeable and courteous and customer focused.

    The service was a-one

    We had multiple issues with brand new appliances delivered to our brand new condo. Ryley was sent to assess and repair. He was polite, respectful and knowledgeable. A few days later, he returned with the parts and fixed everything. The service was excellent. Service was free but could not submit the review without something in cost box.

    Fix gas stove

    We were very happy he fixed the handle on the gas stove, the element, and the locked door situation. We will certainly use them again and magnet is on the fridge.

    freezer repair

    Always prompt, professional, direct communication. Kevin is very good. Good follow up regarding delivery timing. Not the cheapest but good quality service. We use them for all our service repair needs.

    Dryer repair

    I called North Durham Appliance Repair and left a message regarding a dryer with no heat. My call was returned quickly and an appointment was set up for the next day. Kevin called first thing in the morning providing me with a one-hour window. He arrived at the beginning of that time frame and assessed the required repair immediately as malfunctioning solenoids. He replaced them, vacuumed the interior of the dryer body before replacing the front panel, and checked the lint exhaust outside. All in much less than one hour. Excellent, competent service with a smile

    Dryer repair

    This is my second time calling North Durham Appliance and I'm sure it won't be my last. They are quick to respond, arrive on time and up front about the cost for parts and service.

    Broken Dryer Belt

    Chris came today and replaced the belt on my 20 yr old dryer. I was very impressed by his knowledge courtesy and professionalism. Without a doubt I would recommend this company!

    Used this company for multiple appliances

    I used North Durham Appliance for both a washer and an oven issue on 2 separate occasions. The first gentleman was prompt, courteous and fixed the issue with my washer door not latching properly. The 2nd time Kevin came and looked at my oven that was pooched due to a power surge. He performed multiple tests and was honest in what the outcome was and gave me the options for going forward. The company has professional staff from the office staff to the technicians helping with the appliances. I will always, 100% recommend this local, professional, honest company.

    Oven not heating up

    We had never used this company before, as Sears previously serviced our appliances. Our oven did not heat up, so we needed someone to look at it and they had good reviews on homestars. So we called them and they diagnosed the problem within a few mins and ordered the part. It was installed in a few days and all is working great. We would recommend this company, great service, they know what they are doing.

    Gas stove and a dishwasher

    Kevin was on time repair both appliances very polite and pleasant. I will recommend this company very highly to all my family and friends. Kevin is one of the honest and friendly people. Thanks and have a great day
