We were referred to Bax after looking at a few other companies and they were the best in terms of price and product! We worked with Chris throughout our design process and he was great. He had great advice and tips while putting together our kitchen and made suggestions to maximize space as well as functionality. Other places we visited that were double the cost didn't provide the suggestions or help Chris did. The work and construction was done quickly which was key for us as we were under tight timelines for our reno. Would definitely suggest Bax for your cabinetry!

Louie and his team are great. Our first meeting with Louie was very efficient - we went through the entire design - this was a different experience than our last renovation with another company which required many visits. He even accommodated a change of hardware after we placed the order. The cabinets were ready exactly when he promised and the installers were very careful to protect other items in the house and our new appliances. We are very impressed with Bax. The entire team there is friendly and easy to deal with, the quality of the materials and workmanship is excellent and the price can't be beat. Louie is truly talented with kitchen design. He had many useful suggestions and recommendations when we asked for them, but was completely supportive of our own vision and choices. He never rushed through the design and wanted to spend as long as it took to get it the way we wanted it. Our kitchen flows into the family room with cabinetry along the entire wall and it has turned out perfectly--exactly what we were looking for. The installation crew was solid and made sure everything looked perfect. I've attached photos of the cabinets up close so you can see the dovetail joins and the quality of the construction. I wanted a new and functional kitchen (renovation) within a certain space. Louie was able to understand my need and designed the kitchen with the features that I wanted, giving me various options and possibilities. His ability to put together the desired result is outstanding; Product quality and finish excellent. Maintained work schedules and follow-up as planned. Bax is truly interested in customer satisfaction and I recommend the company. I am pleased and happy with my Kitchen.

I have been dealing with Liu for the past several years and still to this date he is always friendly and professional. He has a great deal of knowledge about design and is very articulate with alot of attention to deail. This is a highly customized kitchen. Louie, the owner/designer, provided many great design ideas. I love the flows and the practical usage of the space. It looks elegant and high-end with reasonable price. The installation and admin staff are very helpful with the follow up work. I am very happy with the final product.

Louie is fantastic! And so is Bax Canada and the whole staff. he came and measure everything, gave suggestions to the design and helped us with the countertop as well. Can't recommend Bax enough, great quality, great customer service. If you need a kitchen done, Bax is your place!

Louie and the staff at Bax were recommended by friends and I'm very happy with their service. Louie and his 3D rendering finally allowed my husband and I to agree on our kitchen layout. A year later Louie still had the specs and stood by his price! There was a a problem getting the countertop we selected 6 wks earlier but Louie and their countertop supplier and installler worked hard to find us a comparable product and got it installed without any real delay. Very responsive and very accessible via celphone and text msge. The product is gorgeous, the installation problem free and the price excellent. I love having the cabinets, hardware and countertop all done with one supplier who can ensure all the bits works together properly. Highly recommend.
