Utilizing the same professional people over and over again. It is rare that knowledge and insight is the same between arborists. Thanks Bonny, Large tree care is always an enjoyable task for the team. Large trees and general tree work is best if reviewed after a 3-5 year increment, or after strong weather events. Often little to no supplemental work may required, except for new growth touching lines or house, or anything that grows into a concern while sharing the time with the trees. Not to sure about your review. We appreciate the positive feed back regarding the majority of our process. Our accountability process within our operations is highly valued. Any incidental that may occur from our actions is always addressed and corrected within our operation. It states clearly on our website and in our invoice emails "we only want to be paid once 100% satisfaction is achieved". You declined to allow us to remedy the small and simple situation, paid promptly and have now decided to outline your displeasure.
