    Tree Trimming + 1 Tree Removal

    We hired Monkey Tree Services to trim a number of trees in both yards and I couldn’t be happier with Joel and his crew. The quote was very detailed and not only fair, but slightly less than a couple of other major tree cutters in the area. Everyone was friendly and professional from beginning to end. And they did a great job, exactly as discussed. In fact, I asked them to trim a few extra branches here and there and they were more than willing to take care of it – no hesitation or angling for extra money. If I could give these guys bonus stars, I would! Thank you Joel, we’ll definitely hire you again next time.

    Arborist services

    I have used this company on frequent occasions, and always found them to be efficient, knowledgable, prompt, and courteous. Highly recommend them.

    Tree pruning

    Excellent service from start to finish. From the estimate to the actual work and email followup, everyone was courteous and professional. Tree pruning crew were impressive to watch! Good cleanup after pruning trees.

    Excellent tree removal

    Joel and the team were fantastic In removing a large liquid amber from our back yard. They removed the tree along with stump grinding. Quote cost not provided as each job is different. However, their quote was far better than their competitors. Highly recommend!

    A caring and professional tree service

    This is the second time we used Monkey Tree Services in recent years. The first time we had to remove a very large Cypress that had completely died. They did the work efficiently, safely, professionally and cleaned up beautifully. Last month we needed a cherry tree that was leaning on the neighbours roof topped and thinned. The work was done in the same manner as the first but it also became clear how seriously the company takes the health of the tree and how thoughtfully they removed each branch to retain its integrity. They'll be my go-to people if I ever need this service again.

    The team were respectful listeners regarding short and long-term property needs, provided knowledgeable big-picture input, they skillfully executed the contract as communicated with the Estimator. Thorough, tidy clean-up. Strata Council.

    Tree removal

    We hired Monkey Tree to remove a dead hemlock tree. The tree was surrounded by wires (Telus, etc) so it was a tricky removal. The team arrived on time, were professional and courteous...and took down the tree without incident. Price was competitive (we received 3 quotes) and I would definitely recommend their services.

    Tree service

    Timely and professional communication and estimate from this company regarding a complex and involved pruning/thinning job on a bulky and overgrown pine tree. The three-man crew arrived on the day scheduled with a cheerful personable attitude and did an excellent job. I was consulted by the crew on exactly what was required before they started, garden and plantings were protected and treated with care and they checked to ensure I was satisfied with the work. The job site cleanup was careful and thorough. Recommend Monkey Tree without hesitation or reservation whatsoever.

    Pruning Trees

    MTS has worked on our property several times - removing a tree and pruning the remaining trees. Very knowledgeable & professional crew, they remove debris and leave the site spotless.

    Tree removal and pruning

    After a severe windstorm damaged two tall cedar trees in my backyard Monkey Tree Services came to my rescue during a very stressful time. Since there was no street or lane access the fallers had to climb the trees so it was not an easy job. Everything went smoothly and professionally from beginning to end and my property was left very tidy. I really appreciated that they took care of the city permits. I didn't have to do a thing. I highly recommend this company and am having them back to do my regular pruning.
