I have been a client of Mr Mow it All for several years. They do a wonderful job. They are very reliable, if there is a weather issue they will always send you a notice, of a day change for that week. I have always had excellent service. I use the biweekly lawn mowing service. I would highly recommend Mr Mow it All.

I've used Mr Mow it all for about 10 years now both summer and winter. In addition to mowing my lawn in the summer, they've laid sod, planted flowers and performed other gardening tasks. In the winter they've been clearing the snow from my driveway. They're good communicators & reliable. Their workers are skilled at their jobs and very polite. I highly recommend Mr Mow it all.

terrible service gone from bad to worse - paid for 4 hour response for snow shoveling - rarely provided this - last two snowfalls forgot to do most of the job in my back leading to the garage - came late to fix and now covered in ice - after persistent requests have been reimbursed for one of five months payments -

This company has consistently failed to deliver for us. Late, sloppy, unable to follow explicit instructions. They consistently fail to follow instructions (about how to plough our large parking lot, about not using any salt anywhere on our property, etc.). The do unsatisfactory jobs again and again. In this last storm they did only did half the job on path and stairs. To add insult to injury, on our stairs they shovelled the half that doesn't have a railing, which is obviously the part we walk on. As for the clearing of our large parking lto by plough, it's three days later and they still have done it.

Paid for priority snow removal service. Instead, what I've gotten is a giant pile of snow dumped in front of my garage, and one empty promise to remove it, with all subsequent emails and phone messages ignored for the last 48 hours. Note that the company website "offers a 100% NO RISK Guarantee. We are so confident that you will love our service that we will re-do it for free if you are not 100% satisfied. And if you aren't thrilled after that, you don't owe us a cent." This guarantee is meaningless because Mow It All already has my money (they insist on prepayment for service), they don't respond to emails (beyond sending an initial email promising and not delivering on a fix) and they don't answer their phones. Worse, their office is closed on weekends -- if snow removal service is missed on weekends, the customer is completely out of luck.
