When I called Dr. Antenna to tell him my problem, he promised to come to my house with in 24 hours to assess the situation. He came when promised and gave me some choices as to how to fix the problem. On the promised day he arrived and installed a new antenna. He checked to make sure it was working and adjusted the antenna for tre best reception. Excellent job and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

My roofing company was pretty sure the old bracing for my antenna wasn't compatible with my new steel roof, and probably shouldn't be tied into my roof beams anyway. They were right, and so Dr. Antenna came one Saturday morning to make it right. True to his word, he brought all the required hardware, fittings, tools, and safety equipment to go aloft. Great job, smoothly executed, and it seems to be very solid. Chris was very willing to suggest some additional changes and improvements that we'll pursue at a later time, and also willing to explain how and why the bracing hardware worked. Thanks Chris!

High winds had caused a bracket to come loose and my antenna was hanging by only one bracket. Christopher went up on the roof in the high winds and managed to reattach the bracket is secure and realign the antenna. He did a great job in a timely manner at a reasonable cost. Thank you very much Christopher, great to meet you!

Christopher installed an outdoor antenna on top of our roof with an amplifier on August 7. Prior to that, we used three indoor antennas to connect our TVs and would pick up all the Toronto channels and two from Buffalo (CBS and The CW). With the outdoor antenna, we now get about 30 channels and sub-channels, including the Buffalo networks. While we're only able to get NBC about half of the time (it's a weaker signal), this may be due to the location of our house. Overall, we're very happy with the service that Christopher provided. He went up and down a few times to get the best signal possible. We would recommend Dr. Antenna to anyone who is interested in cutting the cable.

Up until about three weeks ago, we were having frequent reception issues with Buffalo stations 2, 7, 29, and 49. The reception was spotty and unreliable on the best of days even in good weather. Chris came by, did an assessment, and made some adjustments and tweaking of my outdoor antenna. Since then, reception on all Buffalo stations is the most reliable since we had the antenna installed by the previous installer, and stable about 95% of the time now. Chris came across as being very knowledgeable about antennas and the different types of reception issues. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs an antenna installed or who may be having reception issues.

Our TV antenna was not working well. We received 4 or 5 channels very poorly. We called Chris and he came right away. He did a first-class job reconnecting our antenna and changing the 15-year-old rotor, which did not work. We now get many channels crisp and clear - potentially 29. Chris is a very pleasant guy easy to get along with. We were very satisfied with the work he did and will call him again when the need arises.

The doctor arrived on time, and worked fast. His price was reasonable and did exactly what he promised to do. I would recommend him to anyone looking for this service.

My wife surprised me by having this guy install my Channel Master VHF / UHF Antenna because she was afraid that I would go on the roof and do it myself. I hate surprises. The install worked and I got lots of channels however rather that using my existing cable ( I had another antenna that the wind blew down) which went down from my roof chimney down the side of my house into my basement were I had a Channel Master Signal Distribution Amplifier distributing connections to various parts of my home, He or They DRILLED NEW HOLES INTO THE SIDE OF MY HOUSE INTO 2 locations where there were existing TVs. He used my existing wire to put 2 new UNNECESSARY holes into my house. One on the main floor and one on the second floor. This caused me to yell at my wife which I deeply regret but it created a lot of Unnecessary Stress between us. I called him up too and and told him What He Did and He had better come over and fix the Holes in my Brick Walls and The Holes on My Two Rooms. He said he would but then he called back and said he would let me calm down for a while first. THAT WAS TWO YEARS AGO!!!. This person reminds me of the Amateur cable installers of the 70s and 80s. You would come into somebody's house and find black cable wire coming through a wall and stapled along baseboards and around door frames etc. etc. Maybe some of you will know what I mean. Unfortunately this person does not know what a Clean Installation Looks Like. I would Never Recommend This Person. S.F.

Finally enjoying HD channels over the air thanks to Chris. They did an excellent job and very thorough in the work and explanations. Very personable and great to work with. Highly recommended!
