I hired Nick and his team to renovate a bathroom by converting the bathtub to a double walk-in shower. I can't recommend them enough. They are absolute professionals! They arrived on time, completed the job on time and on budget, were respectful and easy to work with. I highly recommend them as they do beautiful work and take great pride in their work. We recently had our master bedroom and two bathrooms renovated by innovera, we are very satisfied with Nick and his crew as they were a pleasure to deal with , Nick 's easy going personality and desire to please was key in achieving a good result ,also very adep a working with very different personalitys

We contracted with INNOVERA to renovate one of our bathrooms. The work involved replacing a tub with a frameless shower, all tile work on floor and walls, new toilet, new quartz vanity top, mirror, light fixture and undermount sink. The renovation has just been completed and we are very happy with the final result and the whole renovation process. Nick provided helpful design and material/fixture selection advice and looked after procurement of most items. Nick, together with an assistant carried out most of the work and when a sub-trade or installer was involved he was present to guide the work and check that it was completed properly. He was meticulous in ensuring everything was done just right. We can highly recommend Nick and INNOVERA.

My bathroom reno went smoothly from beginning to end. Nick was prompt in coming for a first look, in giving me cost and time estimates, and in booking a time to do the work. I appreciated how careful he and his team were in protecting and keeping clean the other areas of my small condo. I was given good advice in choosing furniture and fixtures. The final result more than met my expectations. I was pleased in Nick’s attention to detail; he persisted until everything was just right. The workmanship is of the highest quality. I would recommend his work any time to anyone.

I engaged Nick to retile my bathroom walls and floor and install new faucets and a new shower stall. Nick is always cheerful, explains the process thoroughly as he works, discusses alternatives - in short keeps you up-to-date every step of the way. His workmanship is top-notch and he is very tidy - cleaning up thoroughly at the end of each work day. I was extremely pleased with the results.

Nick at Innovera handled my bathroom renovation like it was his own. He and his team created a beautiful bathroom, using the materials I chose and designed, and providing all the expertise and pointers I needed as a "1st time" home owner new to the wonderful world of renovations. They paid great attention to every detail, took time to communicate and listen, and were able to help out with lots of extras beyond the bathroom, including re-wiring electrical, removing a dropped ceiling in the bathroom, adding baseboards, removing tile, building an extension to the vanity, hallway and bedroom lighting, and discussing a future kitchen reno and washer/dryer install, and more. The budget was reasonable and work completed in a very timely fashion, too! I highly recommend Innovera!!

We hired Innovera Home Concepts (formerly TileWise) for our bathroom renovation. The work involved removal of the tub, shower and tile surround and replacement with a walk-in shower with a new fixture and tiling throughout. We were very happy with the entire process. From the initial meeting for an estimate through the final touches, we found Nick’s work to be first-rate. He communicated clearly with us every step of the way and was consultative in his approach, offering suggestions while respecting ours. We appreciated his attention to detail and his fine workmanship. Although working within the confines of our condo was probably a challenge, Nick tidied up daily and kept things as neat as possible. We ended up with a custom shower we love using and would definitely hire him again to do further work on our home.

We needed to renovate a bathroom and my wife is very picky about alignment of tiles, grouts and neat workmanship. Nick took the job entirely in his hand when he realized what are our expectation. The job done to our satisfaction. I will work with Nick again.
