After reading reviews on this site, we decided to hire Bea and her team to do some cleaning in our high-end condo, which we were putting up for sale. We had previously hired a company to paint and clean the unit and they did not do a proper clean up job. As the unit would be sold at a premium, we required that the unit be as clean as possible and that every small detail would be covered. This meant that every cabinet handle needed to be de-greased and clean, every stainless appliance (Stove, fridge, oven) cleaned and polished to a shine, every glass window and mirror washed (including the outside patio), the real hardwood floor properly washed and polished, all the marble and stone countertops cleaned, and every sill dusted among many other things in our 2 bedroom apartment.
We contacted Bea via Homestars email service, and she promptly replied. After reviewing the scope of work, we were able to set up a time for the job within several days. Bea and her team arrived on-time with a van equipped with all the proper cleaning supplies. In contrast to our previously hired cleaning company, they brought with them all the right supplies - sprays, polishes, cleaners, vacuums, ladders, etc clearly demonstrating that they really did know what they were doing.
As soon as they got into the unit, the labour was divided up and the crew went straight to work. After observing for a while, we left them to do their work, and came back when they were completed. We could not have been happier with the results. Every detail was covered, and if there was anything missed, Bea promptly took care of it.
