These guys did an amazing job removing a very large Locust on our yard. The crew was competent, confident and efficient the entire time. Absolutely no damage to the property! Would definitely use them again.

We hired Tree Doctors to trim our Maple tree, which was seriously beaten up by the winter ice storm. The crew just finished working on it and they did a wonderful job!!! The whole experience with the company was nothing but positive. Olga from customer service was very professional and managed to get everything organized for us the same week!

These people are the best in every way. Excellent, detailed and prompt diagnosis of the tree in question, good followup communication, very courteous and hard working crew who know exactly what they are doing. This was a very large tree in a very small space to come down and their work was impressive!!! And they left the yard clean! I would give them thumbs WAY up to anyone looking for tree services of any kind!

Had to have our back yard trees pruned after the ice storm. Tree Doctors did a fantastic job of clearing the broken branches and lighten the ones near the house. Very pleased with the work.

I contacted Tree Doctors initially to perform trimming, tree removal, and stump grinding. Overall, my experience was a mixed bag. The good: the actual work done was quite good, and met my expectations almost perfectly. The workers were friendly, and seemed to care about doing a good job and about my family's safety. The guy who did the tree stump grinding was very patient with the extremely tight fit of the alley to our back yard, as the grinding machine almost did not fit. The not so good: dealing with the office and the scheduling procedure was a real challenge. I was not kept up to date on the status of my request, and I had to call them several times seeking updates, even though they said they would call me. There seems to be only one person in the office that is actually capable of scheduling the work, and on two separate occasions I had to wait at least four days for that person to return to the office; it was a total of six weeks from requesting an estimate until the work was actually scheduled. Regarding the trimming work itself, one very large branch was left behind in my neighbour's yard (though they came back several days later to take it away). Overall, I was satisfied with the quality of the work, but due to the hassles of dealing with an office that didn't seem to entirely respect how they deal with their customers, I don't think I would return to them for work in the future.

Very happy with the service provided! We got the quote next day and the crew performing the removal was very efficient in every respect. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a quality tree service. Thumbs up!

When we moved into our new home, we hired Tree Doctors to remove three trees that were neglected and falling down. The company came out quickly to provide an estimate for the job. The price was on par with other companies we had contracted and they told me they could get the job done the next afternoon, so I was sold. Terry and his crew arrived on time and had the problem trees out in on time. Would definitely hire Tree Doctors again.

They responded fast for estimates, came when they said they would and did what said they would do at the price they said they would do it!! wish more contractors did this. excellent!! The yard was clean after they left, Henry the "climber" was pleasant and managed to keep a very nervous neighbor calm, despite the huge branch hanging over her yard did not damage her rhubarb. Would use them again and would recommend them to friends. Keep up the good work

There was both good and bad parts to our experience with this company. The owner Constantine did the estimate, which was thorough and reasonable. The young guys sent to do the work did a great job on the trees, however, they let heavy limbs fall and sever our Internet/cable line. The crew left without cleaning up the debris as agreed, and phone calls were not returned so we were very unhappy. However, another crew showed up several days later to clean up the yard, so in the end we were happy with the work. We just wish the communication had been better.
