I was searching for a reliable tree service company to remove a dying large Manitoba Maple and turned to customer comments to discern which to hire. Among all of them, Tree Doctors caught my attention with their excellent comments. I called and Yuriy provided me the cheapest price which would include stump grinding. I also called other tree service companies to compare prices but they were asking for almost twice the price Yuriy quoted. Yuriy and his crew arrived as scheduled. They proceeded with the job and finished in no time including a nice clean-up. I couldn’t be any happier with their service. A high quality of work all the way. Highly recommended!

Toronto Arborist tree service did a superb job with our trees. We had a dying tree in the backyard which was removed and the stump ground out. Serg also pruned quite a number of deadwoods out of our ash tree. Another healthy tree received trimming. All jobs were neatly and expertly completed. I particularly liked the cleanup; it was so detailed. Nice job for a nice price. We will call Toronto Arborist again.

I've called Tree Doctors to help us remove the dead branches of our old maple tree. I received a free quote in a couple of hours and decided to go for it. I am very happy for having chosen these guys, as they've done a terrific job. They have also cleaned up all the mess that fell down.

I was planning for a big outdoor party for my daughter's birthday. Everything was set except for our old large Maple tree which had dead branches clinging and about to fall. To secure everybody's safety, I hired Toronto Arborist to have the tree trimmed. Brian and Terry made sure that the place would be hazard-free on the day of the party by ensuring not just all dead branches were cut, but even just the weak ones should a strong wind blow. They also did me a favor by hanging some decor in the tree which was totally out of their scope. Very friendly and truly professional! It was all worth doing business with them. Thanks!

The office staff delt with me in an polite and orderly way and they came when they said they would and removed two stumps, one particularly big and difficult one and their price was very fair in fact better than the three others I consulted. I would recommend them easily.

We are in the process of a major home reno. Part of the job required a garage teardown and subsequent tree removal and new garage build. The contractors timing was tight (1 morning) to get in and remove the tree. The Tree Doctor showed up on time and allowed our contractor to stay on schedule. Scheduling with Laura was easy and follow-up professional. I would recommend their service to all.

My experience with Tree Doctors was excellent! Recently I needed to remove a mature tree from my front yard, which was posing risk to my house and neighborhood. Tree Doctors responded to my call right away and in less than 2 hours I had a detailed estimate and the crew was at my address to start the removal. They acted quickly and safely, and were thoughtful, respectful, tidy and professional. In the next day one member of the crew returned to my house to review the area and make sure that I was happy with the service provided. It's nice to know that there are professionals like them available when you want a good experience, even during stressful times like this.

Our experience with Tree Doctors was very positive and we would recommend this company to our friends/relatives. As the other reviewer pointed out, our phone calls were not even answered by other tree removal companies since we started the project in June - high season in the that business. Tree Doctors estimator came out at the time that worked for us, spent time explaining the project details and provided us with the detailed breakdown of the cost via email. The office side of the company was extremely helpful as well, we needed to break up the estimate between two neighbouring properties and they were very helpful with that. All emails were answered and all calls were returned. Furthermore, the crew that came out was very professional, addressed all our concerns of which we had quite a few as one of these weed trees broke our telecom lines the year before. We enjoyed working with this company and will definitely call them back should we require any more tree services.
