    Towels

    I spent over $200.00 for towels and when they arrived they were thin and threadbare! I have tried and tried to contact customer service and can not get my issue resolved! This company does not pay its bills to suppliers and the customer service is garbage. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

    Eames chair

    I would never buy from homesav again. What a stressful experience. I ordered an eames chair for $999 plus 200 shipping back on July 15th. I still haven't received it! They said it would be a couple months in August, and now aren't even returning my emails. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

    WORST Online Purchase EVER

    I wish I had found this site before ordering - the bad reviews would have steered me away. Purchased a lamp Dec 1, 2012 and it has never arrived. I emailed customer service with a copy of my receipt and received an automatic reply that it takes about 4 days to respond - nothing has happened. The purchase was charged to Mastercard - now I have to go through the hassle of getting my money back by claiming fraud. No one is minding the store at this site.

    Lamps

    I had to call in to be told there was a delay. I was then assured that my order would be shipped by week's end. That was over a month ago. It's been 3 months in total.

    WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

    I wish I had stumbled upon this prior to placing an order on www.homesav.com. I can 2nd every single bad review I have read here. I placed and order a couple months ago and have one of the items sent to me completely damaged and the other was incorrect. IT WAS BY FAR THE MOST HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. THEY SENT ME THE WRONG ITEMS AND WOULDN'T SEND HE THE PAID POSTAGE TO SEND THEM BACK I HAD TO PERSONALLY DELIVER THE ITEMS TO THERE OFFICE. THEY WERE SUPOSED TO SEND ME REPLACEMENTS HOWEVER THEY JUST ISSUED A REFUND 3 MONTHS LATER. THE HASSLE OF DEALING WITH THIS AMATEUR RUN BUSINESS IS NOT WORTH THE MINOR SAVINGS THEY OFFER. SAVE URSELF A HEADACHE AND UNNECESSARY FRUSTRATION.

    Terrible experience

    Be warned. Dealing with this company is far too time consuming to be worth it. I had to chase them down to track my orders. I was told my order was on the way. Homesav suggested I pay again after I had asked for a refund. I received an email stating my order was in Toronto and then two days later they said it was actually on back order and I would have to wait another three months - after already waiting three months. I ordered a rug - not custom furniture! If you are dealing with Homesav and trying to get a reply - post something on facebook. It is the only way to get their attention. Will not deal with this company in the future. Would give them a negative rating if I could.

    Service

    Worst experience ever. Ordered, paid, got the receipt. Online order went missing. No updated shipping. Emailed many times, called got voicemail. Someone responded said they would get back to me the next day. Nothing. No item still. Keep away

    light fixture

    A complete nightmare ! I ordered a light fixture 7 weeks ago and still don't have it. I contacted them 3 times and never heard of them. I wrote on their facebook page, somobody wrote that customer service was to contact me, but I am not sure this person really exist.

    throw

    YOU CAN'T GET AHOLD OF ANYONE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE ! Bought a rug and was extremely happy, but I ordered a throw and never received it. Tried to contact customer service by email twice as directed and no response, despite website saying they will respond within two business days. Called 1-855 cusomer service # repeatedly over two days and got "voice mailbox full" message, or message stating their business hours (which I was calling within). Thought I had found a new favorite website I would recommend to friends but now I won't be buying from Homesav again.

    Garden bench - metal

    Ordered a very unique metal garden bench from HomeSav.com. It arrived on time and was as nice as the picture on the website - it looks great on my new patio and I've had many compliments on it. I love the selection at Homesav.com and look forward to the daily updates on the unique items they have. Living in London is off the beaten track for cool home accessories, but HomeSav.com brings all of the great decor items I'm looking for right to my door.
