    King Size Bed

    Last month I ordered a king sized bed from Homesav. I hummed and hawed over whether to buy it online, but in the end the difference in price from the stores to the site really made the difference. It was delivered as promised in the time frame and all I can say is WOW! it is amazing! It weighed a ton and took a while for the delivery people to get it inside but I can say I am extreemly satisfied with this purchase! I had a minor issue with the site and contacted customer service and I spoke to Henry who was pleasant and helpful. My issue was resolved and I am looking forward to shopping again!

    Chandeliers

    Joined the HomeSav site six months ago and always loved the products they had but was scared to order anything. I was refreshing my master bedroom and saw the most spectacular chandelier. I ordered it and the entire process exceeded my expectation. It was suppose to arrive in five weeks but showed up in two weeks. It was exactly like the picture and to top it off I saw the same one (brand/style) in a lighting store on Avenue road for over 800.

    HomeSav - horrible customer service

    We ordered a headboard and when the product finally turned up after 7 weeks, it was not what we ordered (original delivery was 3-5wks). In trying to have the order replaced, I received horrible customer service from HomeSav. They committed to replacing the product in 3-4weeks and then after I'd returned the product, they changed the time to 6-7weeks, expecting us to wait almost 16weeks! No effort was made to expedite the order or shipping. Trying to get our money back now. And apparently, the wrong product was sent to everyone else who ordered, interesting given they even offer a product guarantee on their site. I would not recommend HomeSav.

    Canvas Print rec'd Damaged

    Ordered a canvas print and it was poorly packaged and recieved damaged...that happens but I have sent two emails to two homesav email addresses to get a credit or a new print shipped....and have not got any response at all. When you phone the number on the invoice you get a recording refering you to email but you can't leave a message. \ Bsased on this service DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE1111

    Sofa purchase

    I was happy to buy high quality branded piece of furniture at such a low price! And the delivery was done on time and without any problems! I recommended all my family to sign up to receive news letters about their deals!!))

    Cabinet and floor mats

    I bought a cabinet from HomeSav that said it was originally $1000 but on sale for $350. When the cabinet arrived, it had the original price tag still on at $750. Disappointing. Then I ordered 2 $100 a piece floor mats for the front hall. When we went to use the 2nd one, it was used with stains on the front and the edge ripped. At this point it was after their 14 day refund period. They sent me an email stating their policy and to have a nice day! I get that you need to have return policies, but take some responsibility when you send a defective product. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    Bought a Leather Eames Chair

    After seeing Homesav featured on CBC Dragons Den, I fell in love with the Eames Chair. They didn't have it on the site, because they change products every week, but I soon got an email with it as a featured product. I saved $600 by buying it on their site. It took ages to be delivered, but whenever I called, the customer support was good.
