    Great Job but not easy.

    Great job but took a lot of effort as one side (backing) of our reclining sofa would not come off. Then maneuvering through our front door. They did it! Thank you! Apparently, there are clips that will release the backing. So said Leon's who sold us our new reclining couch. We will know next time.

    Junk pick-up from my home

    From the first call that I made to arrange a pick-up for my junk, to the actual pick-up, all of the staff were courteous and helpful. They even called ahead to see if I wanted it picked up earlier, and then called 15 minutes before they arrived, to let me know they were on their way.

    Heros that helped us out of a tough spot

    I called 505-Junk out of the blue and then, a day later, these guys showed up and removed 1,700 lbs of items arising from my mom downsizing to retirement living. They were amazingly fast in clearing out a FULL truck load in less than 30 minutes. Their fast and efficient services solved a huge problem for my mom and my family. Amazing service by friendly and compassionate service personnel. Great job guys! Kudos to the guys who did the heavy lifting and the people in the office who managed to make it happen in such a swift timeframe. Saved us from disaster. Thank you so much to all involved. The photo is when these guys were only 75% done. They managed to cram even more. A wonderful solution provided in such a swift timeframe. Just wish we had you guys in Ontario!!!

    Removal

    I was very happy with the service. They were friendly, very efficient and hard working. I needed to have a heavy couch removed and my daughter suggested I give them a call. I am glad I did. I will continue to use their services in the future when the need arises. Thank You Very Much.

    I showed them my junk!

    I've been using the 505 for nearly three years with excellent results! They're my go to junk removal company because I appreciate the friendly staff, cool dump trucks and super accurate charges based on their commercial grade on-truck scale. I've told at least 200 people about there services, because they're the best! There's only thing left to do now is; show them your junk! You won't be sorry. :)

    Full house clearout

    I had a big job ahead of me clearing a home of over 10,000 lbs of clutter on behalf of an estate. 505 not only cleared the home quickly & efficiently in about a day they were pleasant & professional throughout the process.

    Removal of many years of accumulation

    The work was well done by a fair-minded company, with an attitude of service to their customers. Appreciate the environmental mindset, of trying to reposition items which can be reused.

    505 Junk Gets the Job Done!

    My 505 Junk experience was seamless from request appraisal to pickup. The lads were polite, efficient and responsible. They honoured their discount and responsibly handle recyclable materials. I would use 505 again and recommend the company to others without reservation. Jack Allen

    Junk removal

    I have used 505 Junk two times recently. Both times they were reliable and on time. They very fast and efficient. I was very happy to see them arrive and to see all my junk leave. I would recommend their service.

    Removal of wood pieces plus other material

    The two young men arrived on time and efficiently removed the items. When finished they provided the statement and collected the fee. All the while they were polite. The area was left neat and tidy.
