505 Junk was the first hauling company that I contacted during my search. Email communications from Bebe were always fast, the information was clear, and her patience was immense. The company was sincerely interested in our hauling job, and a generous price range was provided based on the likely weight of the items on the list that I submitted. Alex and Brian loaded the stuff in under 20 minutes. The truck's embedded scale enables the customer to decide how much to send based on accumulating weight as items are added. Despite our feeling immense guilt about inflicting so much pure junk on the landfill even though we had already recycled everything possible at our local depot, this company has forged relationships with the transfer station and our local recycling depot such that we felt assured that they do the job right. Throughout our relationship, 505 Junk presented as very professional, highly efficient, environmentally conscious, and fairly
priced. The staff that we engaged with were friendly, polite, and informative. We made the right choice, and are thrilled by our experience!
