    Eaves Trough cleaning and repair

    I had this service done last year, however, did not get a chance to leave a review until now. I contacted the company in order to have someone come and take a look at our eaves troughs for both cleaning and fixing as we had some leaks. The individual sent by the company was initially quite helpful, and completed some initial repair on our upper eaves troughs. He suggested that we buy a rain barrel and he would come back to install this as well as to clean the eaves troughs. After several contacts with this individual, he would return calls but never come back when he said he would. Eventually after one month of this pattern, I contacted the company directly and they initially also did not respond, and then sent someone to clean the eaves trough and emailed a bill. When I contacted the company about why the rain barrel was not hooked up, I was told that the individual who had initially come to our home was no longer with the company and that they don't usually do rain barrel instillation. Overall, my customer service experience was not very good and I will not be returning for any repeat work from this company

We don't offer rain barrel installs and never offered it to anyone in the 11 years in business. We do not take responsibility for A customer trying to work around the office and not dealing with the office (to save a few bucks or to get something not offered by the company). We are also closed in the winter, so when you finally got the chance to call us directly we were away. The voicemail would make you aware of delayed response in the winter.     Eavestrough cleaning

    After reading the reviews here, I requested a quote decide to clean up my eavestrough. Couple weeks later, 2 staff came and got the job done fast and without any hassle. Whole process was easy to arrange by e-mail.

    Eavestrough cleaning

    Maple cleaned our second story eaves. The workers spoke to us when they arrived to let us know they were starting. We discussed the job(both downspouts seemed to be partially blocked). When they were finished they knocked on the door and let us know the job was completed. The workers were very polite. They cleaned up the job site when they were finished. I would recommend Maple Window & Eaves Cleaning Inc.

    Eaves and window cleaning

    Yitzie and Anna from Maple were very efficient and responsive in managing multiple properties that needed window and eaves cleaning. As a landlord I am in constant need of their kind of service, which means ease of communication, dependable scheduling and professional results. Highly recommended and well priced (I have tried multiple companies.)

    Maple Leaf Eaves Responsive and Professional-great job

    Maple Leaf is professional and does an excellent job. We have been using them in both late fall and early summer for several years and recommend them highly. We recently needed a quick response to a clogged eaves and they were there for us.

    Window cleaning

    This is my third time using Maple Window & Eaves Cleaning Inc. They are always quick to respond to my appointment requests and my exterior windows are always spotless when done. Thank you!!

    Gutter and window cleaning

    We've been getting out gutters cleaned by this company for the last couple of years. They are very professional. This year we also got our windows cleaned. I was shocked at what a huge difference it made! Our windows look new now and gave the house a fresh look. Reasonably priced. Response time is quick.

    Quick Turnaround Window and Eaves Cleaning

    We were planning to list our house for sale and in the rush forgot to schedule someone to clean our windows and eaves. Maple was able to come within a very tight timeline and get the job done.

    Eaves and Window cleaning

    We have been using Maple for eaves cleaning for a while but recently decided to take advantage of their window cleaning service as well. My wife and I are so happy we did. A professional job is worth it when it comes to windows. The thorough cleaning the Maple professional provided just made our home seem brighter right away and more cheery. When working on projects around the house, I have to admit that exterior window cleaning was not on top of the list of priorities. It will be from now on and we will always use Maple Window and Eaves Cleaning. The professional that attended was friendly, polite and worked diligently to make sure our eaves and windows were spotless. Thanks to Yitzie for staying in contact with me to arrange the time for our service and for your friendliness. We will continue to be regular customers.

    Landscape

    High quality service. I use them for my own home and my rentals. The clean all the little window panes and frames around them perfect! I would absolutely use them again.
