    Backyard patio and privacy wall

    We had our backyard renovated from start to finish with Bohemian landscaping. Derek, made the process smooth for us and was there to help with any questions or concerns we had along the way. Bohemian landscaping did an amazing job fulfilling our vision and we are pleased with the final results. Starting time was delayed for about two weeks due to material shortage but it was worth it to wait. Time officiant and hard working crew.

    Stones on top of stairs

    Absolute nightmare! The cement in between the stones on my stairs has turned into crumbling sand. My friend almost fell when one of the stones flipped over Derek does not return any of my messages and I now have to hire someone else to redo the stairs!! DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!!!

    I'm sorry to hear about your negative experience with our company. We take all customer feedback seriously, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. You had written this review 3 years after we had completed your job and I still would like to fix the issues with no charge. You called me in the middle of the pandemic when a lot of restrictions were imposed. I did call you back and left a message that we cannot perform repairs in the middle of winter because it involves cement work where the weather influences the outcome. I also advised you to wait till spring so I could perform the repair.

    Interlocking work

    Derrick quoted higher from the competition and assured us that his work will be professional. However, mid way through the execution of the project we learnt that his work was totally unprofessional and did not even meet the minimum standards of interlocking industry. He used cheap labor to do the work and saved every penny on material, as a result, the work was completely sub-standard. When challenged, he looses his temper and starts shouting. Now for the last 14 months, he is not showing up to carry out repairs under his written 2 year warranty despite repeated follow up and reminders. His only motto during the execution of the project was to come up with extras and make more money. I will strongly recommend not to use Bohemian landscaping

    Bharatindu, I am really sorry for any inconvenience, I completed quite a few projects around your neighborhood and I quoted you fair. My workers are really experienced, polite and cooperative and and I can assure you that I pay them more than average. I came back a numbers of times to your property and fixed the things that was messed up by other companies. I fixed the area around your window well and around your water main valve and I did not charge you a penny for that. Actually your wife gave me bottle of wine that I still have. We did so many extra things for you but you just refused to acknowledge. Before we started you did some work on your basement windows ( making them bigger). The job was done by different contractors, not me. The day I started your project I did advise you that the windows wells are not installed correctly and this will cause problems for the future. You told me that you will talk to a window contractor to address the issue. When the window area starts showing problems you just started to blame me for something that was done by different contractors and I still came back and fixed for free. You admitted that I did advise you but you did not fully understand the problem. I also cleaned mess that was left over from your previous contractor (caple yards of soil and concrete left from windows wells) and you did not pay for that either.

    Driveway interlocking

    I could tell from the very beginning that choosing Derek and his team was the right choice. Upon our initial appraisal I immediately noted his passion, attention to detail and high level of experience. He was able to listen to my ideas and created a 3d design that provided a visual representation of our project. This made me feel more comfortable as I had a more clear understanding of how the project would come to life. During the quoting stage he was far more involved than any other contractor. He answered all my questions in a timely and professional manner.

    Got to see our project before it even starts!

    Since moving into our home me and my husband have wanted to do something with our backyard. However we never could decide on what exactly that was. We called a few companies and got a few quotes and ideas from them. But nothing compares to Dereks approach and 3D design that really brought our project to life. It made our ideas into a reality and made us very comfortable with our decisions. Looking forward to start this project this spring.

    Backyard renovation

    Derek and team completed our backyard renovation in June 2017. We have nothing but good things to say about our experience. Derek was thorough in his quote, he gave us some great ideas and followed through on everything he said. The team showed-up on time, worked extremely hard (12 hour days) and delivered what was promised. I was recommended Bohemian from a close friend. I'm thankful he put Derek and I in touch. Thanks again!

    Interlock, flagstone, lawn

    Derek and crew replaced the interlock on my driveway and flagstone on the porch. Work was on time. This was done 1 year ago with no shifting of the stone. They did not rebase as promised. Just added to the old terrible (according to them) base. Placed a morter edge restraint instead of metal. Mortar was crumbling while they were placing it. Did not clean the mortar off the flagstone. I have contacted them multiple times and Derek has yet to come and clean up the stone. Overall, compared to others, the work is good (time will tell), Derek and crew are very pleasant and polite, did not clean up after finishing and unlikely to followup if you have any issues after they leave.

    Landscape Our Backyard

    Amazing transformation! Approx 4 years ago Derek and his crew at Bohemian landscaping landscaped our front yard and steps. We were so impressed with his work that we called him again to work on our backyard. Derek turned out backyard into the oasis we always dreamed of. It is incredible to have the work done within his estimated time. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

    Front lawn sod and retaining wall

    Derick and his crew gave me a reasonable price and good ideas for covering my front lawn with sod. They created a stone retaining wall, as well. The crew was efficient, friendly and communicative. They even laid the two extra rolls of sod on some patches in the backyard. Very satisfied.

    Interlock in the front, retaining wall

    They were really nice to deal with! Clean, fast job; very well done. Showed up on time, finished quickly, cleaned up afterwards. The cost was just as we agreed; no hidden charges. Very competitive pricing.
