    Stair rail installation

    Craft Bilt were great to deal with and very professional. Great job and would use them again or recommend them to friends. The railings look good and complinent the house.

    Porch and step railings

    We would highly recommend this company for their high quality product, professionalism, focus on customer satisfaction and timeliness in completing the job. Our porch/step railings was a small project but we will have no hesitation hiring them again. Special thanks to Darryl who patiently answered all questions, addressed all concerns and offered solutions to problems and showed some flexibility when required. 7As well, Michael and Stéphane who also gave their input when required yet respected client’s personal choice/s.

    Hard top permanent canopy

    Needed a hard top canopy over my back door due too 4’ of snow always landing in front of The door. Made several calls to other places some wouldn’t come out to give me an estimate, some said project was too small for them( too small meaning the job wouldn’t net their company $10,000.00 plus. Craft Built was the best to hire they were fast courteous and flawless. Totally professional. Would definitely recommend Craft Built and would hire again in the future.

    Craft Bilt Canopy Structure - excellent quality and service

    We purchased a canopy structure from Craft Bilt, along with installation. The product is of excellent quality and the installation was done in a very professional manner. We researched extensively before purchasing and found their pricing to be very competitive relative to their competition. We would recommend Craft Bilt to anyone looking for a similar feature on their property.

    Entry Door Awning

    We ordered an awning to cover our front entry door - it was specified on the order, however when it was delivered was not to the specs. Unfortunately, it was not until it was installed that the mistake became blatantly clear. We let the installers know that this was not our awning, and when they .looked at the specs on the order, had to agree. We called and let the Sales person know immediately that there was a mistake. Thankfully and to this company's total credit, they took full responsibility. They removed the awning when they had opportunity, and had another built to the original specs and replaced with no argument, no questioning, no issues whatsoever!! We are so pleased and delighted to have had association with a company that is true to their word and trustworthy. We will recommend CraftBilt when ever we have the opportunity. Thanks so much for your fine workmanship and integrity. We are The Pulhams of Pickering.

    Pricey but great deck.

    I did a DIY deck with Craft Bilt and its a solid deck and looks great. Its a tough deck and is secure. The instructions were great (need to put in do blocking for the handrail to be first step). I built this over a garage (22' lengths) so it had to be waterproof and offer great drainage and it seems to be working great (haven't done a winter yet).

    Fence around deck with a railing and gate.

    The assistance from the staff was outstanding. WE used a combination of glass and pickets. Craftbilt had our materials ready early. The products were excellent and as we assembled ourselves the customer service was fantastic. Very satisfied.

    Porch railing

    Checked out Craft Bilt, Ajax to replace our wood railing. Product is superb aluminum. Colour selection is good. Installation done in one day, even adding extras to lock gate in open mode. Made our front remodel a standout.

    Grand Vista DIY Sunroom Kit

    I purchased a 3 season DIY sunroom kit from Craft-Bilt. It was installed on a newly re-built deck and attached to my cottage. It took my wife and I about 3 days to install it. Instructions were good and the manual had extensive pictures to describe the steps. The room was well engineered and all parts fit together well. Once assembled, the wall panels and roof panels appear quite sturdy. I think they had made changes where the sliding door frame was pre-assembled so it fit into the adjacent wall panels and that was an excellent idea that made installation even simpler. We did have a little difficulty installing the 4.5” roof panels as they were unwieldy but with the help of our son, we were able to put them up successfully. The pre-sales and post-sales support by Craft-Bilt was excellent. They were very responsive and answered many questions that helped us in both the purchase and installation processes. Overall, we are very pleased with our new sunroom.
