    Bed bug extermination

    Muhammad was recommended to us and we were not disappointed. His expertise, thorough investigation, and follow-up appointments all served to reassure us our bedbug problem was solved. He was very thoughtful and considerate and his knowledge and careful work inspired our complete confidence.

    Any infestation

    Excellent and thorough. Muhammad came quickly and was extremely dilligent in inspecting our home locating the nest of ants that has plagued us for a couple of season. Very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended!!

    Hoarding removal and cleaning, exterminate bed bugs

    I called Muhammad immediately after successfully evicting the tenants. The condition was horrendous. They left a lot of infested furniture, wall hangings, clothing and king size mattresses behind (which he properly covered). He came over and did an assessment of the situation. It was absolutely fantastic news to discover Muhammad provided a service to clear out the infested furniture. As it stood, our family would've had to do the move. Highly risking an infestation in our own homes. Muhammad worked like a machine for 2 days. He head down and 100% focused on getting the job done. He filled 2 14ft bins. On day 1 it became clear that we needed the second bin. However, we made arrangements for the bin people to come at the end of the day and they were fully booked. Muhammad is the constant problem solver. So that it didn't slow down the job he broke up the dressers, shelving, side tables into parts using every inch of the bin. The apt was highly infested even for I think Muhammad's standards. He then thoroughly vacuumed, used 2 types of chemical treatment and heat treatment to rid the apt of all bedbugs. He then did a quick chemical spray of the entire house for added protection. The results were night and day. We are so thankful for his wealth of knowledge and strong work ethic. I don't think anyone else could've done the scope and scale of this job. Price was as quoted. I hope I never need to use an exterminator again. But without hesitation it would be with Muhammad! Thank you for saving our house!

    Can't recommend highly enough

    Muhammad is completely thorough, professional, kind, informative and reassuring. I trust his assessments and his supportive and speedy responses eased my concerns. He's trustworthy and not looking to sell you treatments you don't need.

    Home bug inspection

    We needed an expert to help us! Every 1-2 weeks, our 9 year old would wake up with the an itchy bump or 2 on her hands and feet, and most recently with 2 on the back of her neck. Muhammad did a quick but thorough phone interview to understand the situation, and then was able to come to our house later that day! After going through her bedroom carefully, checking corners and crevices, he showed us how we had a carpet beetle larvae issue (not bedbugs!). He explained how best to clean and treat areas and what to watch out for, and totally put our minds at ease. In addition to the inspection, he sold us mattress covers of the right type and fit (they should be snug to work properly) to ensure that anything already inside the mattress would be trapped there, and any new ones couldn't get in. Incidentally, as Muhammad explained, the larvae don't actually bite. They have tiny hairs/spines that get caught in fabric, bedding, clothes... even stuffed toys. These can cause minor allergic reactions in some people, including bumps (but some people don't have any reactions at all).

    Fast and effective service

    If you have a bed bug problem, you want it taken care of fast and you want it to be effective so you never have to deal with it again! Muhammad was amazing. We had the problem a year ago and we are still clear of bed bugs. He took care of everything right away and gave us bed protectors as well as traps to put under the bed posts. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend him!

    Excellent bed bug service!

    We called Muhammad on a Saturday afternoon a month ago as I had killed a bed bug in our apartment. He came over the same day and did a VERY detailed bed bug inspection (I work in social housing and deal with pest control all the time -- and I had never seen any pest inspector take this much time and pay so much attention to every possible hiding location). Muhammad is a very knowledgeable professional and a lovely gentleman, he explained everything thoroughly and answered our questions. He told us that we dodged a bullet and based on his findings I had likely carried home a single male bed bug that hung around our bedroom for several weeks. Following his advice we got rid of our roll-out drawers underneath the bed and replaced them with plastic containers, put interceptors underneath bed and couch, encased our mattress, and improved our work-to-home routine. He was 100% right - we haven't seen a single bedbug since his visit - i check every week. 100% worth the price we paid for this service and I would recommend him to everyone.

    Excellent service! Highly recommend

    Called because I thought I may have bed bugs, he came in and did a very detailed inspection and found carpet beetles. Instructed me what tobdo to get to get of them. I followed up a few times with questions and he always responded right away to help. Very happy with this service.

    Bedroom bed bug
