I have to start by saying there are not many people like Mouhamed around. I called him about a week ago concerning reactions/bites I found in myself and my family. In this time I found evidence of carpet beetles as well. I called Mouhamed with my concerns. He said it was definitely carpet beetles to save my money and leave it at that Bed bug scares cause a heightened sense of anxiety ( at least in my case) I was able to text or call Mohamed many times with varied inquiries and he responded very quickly. He felt strongly it was only carpet beetles and did not want me to spend money for a service I did not need. He even went so far as to tell me to donate some of the money I had set aside for an inspection! Wow! I'm still a bit shaky about the experience but I know I can call him and have him over if anything presents itself and I really feel I trust him.

In October of 2015, my daughter started to get bites while sleeping at night. We did not know what was biting her and thought it was some kind of allergic reaction. A visit to a doctor confirmed it was some type of bite and she was given a a cortisone creme to stop the itching. Needless to say she experienced a lack of sleep and stayed up many nights night to find out what type of bug was biting her. She was able to capture a couple and searched on the internet to confirm the species. They looked like bedbugs. We called a few companies and in December of 2015, we had a dog along with its' handler come to inspect our home. The dog found signs of bedbug activity in two rooms in our home. We then called a pest control company to view the results of the dog's finding and to suggest treatment. This company's representative checked the entire home and focused on the mattress and box spring in each bedroom. He suggested he treat all three bedrooms with a combination of chemical and steam but we could also try and manage it ourselves. as he said it was minor. Due to myself having a chemical sensitivity and having a young child in the home, a chemical spray was not my first choice. We then took it upon ourselves to try and manage this situation, by laundering, cleaning, placing an insecticide powder, diamateaous earth around the perimeter of the beds and a variety of natural oils. The bites slowed considerably. Forward to August of 2016, my daughter getting bit at night were more or less gone and now my husband was feeling itchy. At first he thought it was a new garment he has bought as the itchiness was just around his wrists. But he began to get bites at night and was able to feel them crawling on him. We went out to Walmart late at night to buy mattress and box covers. The bites were still coming even with the mattress and box covered. My husband felt itchy all the time and a few bites were evident. The final straw occurred when my husband was eating breakfast downstairs and felt a bite on his feet. He was wearing sandals he kept by the bedside. We all have had it!!!! Scouring the internet, I looked for reputable Pest Control companies. They were many promising complete eradication in one visit. I was skeptical of these companies. I then came upon Pest Control Solutions and read the many reviews. I also checked BBB for company verification and licencing. The fact that he was an entomologist eased my mind somewhat but I was still very concerned of anyone promising complete removal in one visit. I called and spoke to Muhammad. He asked a lot a questions, how long have we been experiencing bites, what do the bites look like, where were we getting bites etc. I thought, what is this a medical questionnaire?? He said he could come that very night even though it was a Sunday. He came and performed a thorough inspection and found live bugs and their feces and showed this to us. We were horrified but relieved at the same time as Muhammad assured us that he could take care of it. We found him to be quite personable and professional. Bedbugs covers were bought from Muhammad that night. A plan was outlined for us by Muhammad and we were instructed on what we needed to do to ready for his treatment. Muhammad came a few days later after we did as instructed and he performed his service. He was thorough, meticulous and worked long hours for 2 days cleaning every nook of our 2 bedrooms. He took dressers and beds apart searching and cleaning. He cleaned items that could be saved and suggested we throw out items with a high infestation. I was hesitant to stay at home due to my chemical sensitivity but the smell was hardly noticeable. After Muhammad was done, he provided interceptors and assured us we were bed bug free. The next day, I noticed a bedbug in one of the interceptor. I called Muhammad right away. He asked me which room and Muhammad was able to tell me where in the room I found it. How could he know this this??? He asked for a description to ascertain whether it was male or female and asked how it was moving..fast or slow. True to Muhammad's word it died shortly. We have been bedbug free for over 2 months now and are sleeping once again. Thanks to Muhammad! He is the best!!!

In short, Muhammad solved our problem. We were shocked to realize we had an infestation but it was quickly addressed by this kind man. He came quickly, assessed thoroughly, and worked extremely hard on one full day to rid our place of the bugs. Furthermore, he was very available to answer any questions we had and responded with courtesy. I would recommend Muhammad to anyone who faces a similar problem.

There is nothing more horrifying than realizing that your bedroom is infested with bedbugs. That little creatures are hiding in your sheets and sucking your blood while you sleep. I've read about this problem in Toronto but NEVER expected it would happen to me. When it did, I was completely freaked out ... I was waking up with bites and then my husband saw a brown bug on our sheets. Well obviously I couldn't sleep a wink that night. I spent the night online, trying to find a reputable exterminator, because I wanted these creatures gone immediately. There were so many services, but one name kept coming up with glowing praises, and that was Muhammad of Pest Solution Services. He was an entomologist and bedbug specialist, and the reviews were outstanding. I called Muhammad the very next day, and even though he was busy, he heard the panic in my voice and promised to come later that day. He inspected our home thoroughly, confirmed it was indeed a bedbug infestation ... even showed us all the spots to look for them and the tell-tale signs of eggs and excrement. He was honest and polite and very patient, and explained how this had happened and what my options were. I was worried that it would take several visits: I told him I'd been researching this a lot and that I'd heard it was very rare for the bugs to be banished with one visit. Muhammad smiled and said "Ma'am, it IS possible. Please, don't worry. I will take care of them." Well I will be honest, it was a major undertaking, but Muhammad spend hours steaming, treating, spraying, inspecting and hand-cleaning EVERYTHING in the bedrooms. He told us what we could keep, what we should wash, and what we should throw out. He supplied us with mattress covers, interceptors, traps and gave us a written guarantee. Then he called a week later and asked if he could come and do a followup inspection. "You are free of bedbugs," he said. But I was so freaked out I continued to sleep downstairs on the couch. When he followed up two weeks later and I told him this, he came by again and checked. "Ma'am, you are bedbug free," he said. "Please, enjoy your bed!" So I did. To make a long story short, I have been completely bedbug free for three weeks, and I couldn't be happier. I owe it all to Muhammad and I would recommend him to ANYONE. The only thing worse than a bedbug infestation is spending money to get rid of it and find out it didn't work. No one deserves that. Call Muhammad, and he'll take care of you. In the weeks leading up to Victoria Day Weekend, I noticed I had bites on my body. They would appear sporadically - a few at a time, then nothing for a week or two, then a few more. Some of them were single bites and some were a series of three bites in a straight line, on my legs, thighs, belly, shoulder, and neck. Some online sources said that three bites in a straight line were "typical of bed bugs". By the Saturday of Victoria Day Weekend, our household was quite concerned that we had bed bugs. I did some research online to see what they looked like. I checked my mattress, boxspring, and bedroom, and didn't see any obvious signs of bugs. I called three places. All three of them seemed reasonable, but because I wanted to avoid spraying or treating our home unless absolutely necessary, I decided to go with Pest Solution Services. I wanted an entomologist that was an expert, and who would be thorough, careful, and preventative. I was skeptical when speaking to Muhammad over the phone: he asked many questions, e.g. how many bites did I have, where on my body, over what period of time, and he came right out and said that he did not think they sounded like bed bug bites. Based on my online reading and online pictures, I was convinced he must be wrong. However, I liked the fact that he was a trained entomologist, so I asked him to come to do an inspection, and take a look for himself. He offered to come the next day (Sunday) or on Monday. I was fine with Monday. He came punctually and in a protective gown over his uniform. He carefully inspected my mattress, boxspring, bedroom, sofa, desk chair, and dining room chairs, and saw no evidence of bed bugs (no bugs, no feces). He advised that since there was no evidence, and because treatment is generally quite expensive, he did not advise that we have any treatments done. His opinion was that we did not have bed bugs. I have waited 4 months before writing a review, and I am happy to say, we do not (and did not) have bed bugs. There have been absolutely no further bites, and no further signs. Muhammad was very patient and thorough. He took the time to describe and educate me on what to look for. We found evidence of carpet beetle larvae, which are generally non-invasive, and which can cause bed-bug type welts on some people. I highly recommend Muhammad and his knowledge, expertise, and service. I was very worried at the time, so I asked to buy the mattress cover ($80) and boxspring cover ($80) as precautionary measures. Total cost was $180 for the inspection, as quoted + $160 for the mattress and boxspring covers = $380 + HST.

I cannot thank Muhammad enough for everything he has done. We had the surprise of our life to find bed bugs in our son's bedroom. Muhammad was able to come in the day I called, and confirmed that we had an infestation. What an awful news to hear, and what an experience it was to deal with this. BUT, Muhammad was the best person we could have in this situation. His expertise, thoroughness, care, hard work, knowledge, dedication, etc., solved the problem and made us feel like we had a true partner. Muhammad treated the bedrooms and all their content, and has been back many times to help monitor the situation and to perform additional treatments for these tough pests. We have been very impressed by all his help and the sound advice he has given us. Our home is now safe again, and I would recommend him to anyone who has to (unfortunately) deal with bed bugs.

This is an excellent and thorough company. My elderly parents found bed bugs in their home and had no idea how to handle this. Mohammad came for an inspection and was very experienced, patient with all our questions and very thorough in his investigation. When he treated my parents home, he took his time, was meticulous in finding any bugs and eggs and stayed until he was satisfied that he had uncovered their hiding places. Mohammad also helped my elderly father put the bed back together, which I am grateful for. He also answered all of my calls and texts in a very timely manner and we are happy to say , my parents home is now bed bug free! I would HIGHLY recommend this company!!!

Muhammad came for an inspection the same day we called and set up a time to come back for treatment within 48 hours. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. From the moment we spoke on the phone, I knew that he was an expert and made me feel completely at ease. After treating our house, we have so far been bed bug free! Muhammad came back for a follow-up inspection and answered the many, many questions my husband and I had. I would recommend Muhammad to anyone - he is an absolute professional.
