Muhammed was very thorough. He did two follow up site visits and 3 more follow ups by phone or text. He is an entomologist with expert knowledge of bed bugs--the kind of person that you want to come into your home to deal with this problem.

Muhammad was extremely professional and supportive when we contacted him. He answered our phone call and also communicated by email promptly. During our home inspection Muhammad was very knowledgeable, he explained what he was doing, and what he found. He was professionally attired and also came in an unmarked vehicle. I highly recommend Muhammad for Pest Control.

We were exposed to bed bugs and were nervous we may have brought them home. Muhammad came and checked every possible area. I trust him completely as he looked after an issue we had in the past so I didn't hesitate to call for this. He is totally honest and reported that he found nothing. Whew!

Muhammad responded to my voicemail promptly. He asked a series of initial questions to determine if his services were needed. This gave us confidence that he wasn't just looking to make a buck. He came by the same night, was discreet as we live in a townhouse complex, covered his shoes, put on gloves and was extremely professional. He looked at the bites on my husband's shoulder and then went to inspect the bedroom. He moved the mattress from the wall and found a bed bug and found more under the mattress and box spring. He gave us detailed instructions to prepare for the treatment and completed it 4 days later, it was a meticulous job. We had several questions that he responded to extremely quickly and he made 2 follow up visits to ensure all was clear. We are very pleased with his services, it was not inexpensive but was well worth it. We highly recommend Pest Solution Services!

We would like to thank Muhammad for his excellent services. He came to our home to do the treatment with all procedure prepared. He checked our house throughout and treated all affected areas. Mohamed did an exemplary job of looking through every nook and cranny for possible bed bugs. When he found a dead male, he took the time to examine it under a magnifying glass and explain the ramifications of this finding. He reassured me that calling him at my first hunch was the best thing I could have done. I had a protective cover put on my mattresses as a precautionary measure. Thanks goodness the bed bugs remained in the hotel I slept in and I didn't bring them back with me. I would recommend this company highly.

We bought used bed for our daughter. Within a week she had pimples on her face and arm. I noticed bug on her mattress. The bed we bought was infested already. I started looking for a professional. I found Mohd on home star. I contacted him on same day. He came for inspection same day and luckily it was only my daughter's room which needed the treatment. His charges were high but he was ready to treat the room after one day. I read all his review that day to find one negative comment about him but there were none. Was still not sure. He came and took his own time to treat the entire room and was kind enough to realise that I have a toddler and didn't use any chemicals. As I was paranoid he gave some pack to keep under our bed. He did follow up after the treatment and answered all our concern immediately. It's been one month now and I fully satisfied. He is expensive but he knows what he is doing and does it with his whole heart. He's prompt, punctual, does followup, very responsive, truly professional, delivers what promises, doesn't charge extra, treats only infested rooms. I truly recommand him and now I know why all reviews are positive. He's best at what he does...

Pest Solution Services is the absolute best company for bedbugs. Mr Muhammad solved my problem a long time ago, and he was amazing - I wrote my review at the time. Recently, we started noticing spiders: more than you would expect - inside our home. Because Mr Muhammad is so knowledgeable, we asked him to come and inspect. Again he impressed us with his depth of knowledge and expertise. He really is a treasure! I cannot recommend him highly enough. And ... he puts his full effort in every time.

Unfortunately, I brought bed bugs from a public space, and I got bites badly. Recommended by a friend, I found PSS which is specialized at bed bug problems to help me. The worker is really responsible and reliable, and his service worth the price.

This is my second review of Pest Solution Services. In February of 2014 Muhammad treated our home after a major bed bug infestation. It was an extremely stressful experience for our family, especially with 3 year old and newborn baby. Muhammad was absolutely amazing during that time. After the bugs were gone for good, we said goodbye and as much as we liked Muhammad we hoped we'd never have to use his services again. Fast forward 18 months later, to earlier this month,when we found a single adult bed bug crawling across our bed. The memories of the experience came flashing back. The first thing we did after packing up the bedding was call Muhammad. He answered and assured us he would come over that day. He kept his word and as always, thoroughly inspected our bedroom. Luckily no other signs were found. He gave us instructions for how to manage our bed (ex. washing the slats), set up the monitors and calmed our fears. We feel very fortunate that 1) there was only one bug (where he came from we don't know!), 2) we caught him and 3) that we had a bed bug expert who would once again come through for us. Thank you once again Muhammad! Now, I REALLY hope I never have to call you again.
