I started getting red spots several months ago and was in complete denial that there was a chance it could be bed bugs. After consulting a dermatologist I had to face the truth. He came the next day right on time and within minutes showed me that my couch was infested. The couch was old and it was decided that getting rid of the couch would be more cost effective than treating it. Muhammad helped my partner and I carry it out to the curb (it was large and awkward) wrapped in a protective plastic as to not rile up the bugs. We made an appointment for him to come the next day. The way Muhammad spoke of the bugs and his work, I knew hew took pride in what he did and I respected that. When he told us the price, it was higher than I had anticipated, but I knew he would do a good job. When it comes our health and home we want to pay for the best, and we knew Muhammad was that. That evening my partner ended up in the hospital due to unforeseen health issues. I was unable to be at the house the next morning to let Muhammad in. He was due at 11am and I, very conveniently, texted him telling him we could not keep our appointment. He returned my call in the morning and was completely understanding of my situation. He went out of his way to make sure he was available to me the next day. My mother in law was at the house to help him and let him in. We didn't get a chance to prepare the house and helped my MIL get it ready. When I came by later in the day I was so pleased with Muhammad's work. He was very careful with our belongings, respectful of our space, and didn't miss a thing. When Muhammad fetched me when he finished I had just gotten some news about my partners health and was in tears. He stood with me and talked about what had happened. It was such a strange time for my family and to have a stranger involved could have been painful, but Muhammad was a comfort. He has already followed up and has made communication open and available if we have more questions. If you are dealing with the pest of bed bugs Muhammad is the man to call, 100%. Hello to all the people fighting with the worst creature on earth “BED BUGS”! I really don’t know where to start and what to say because our whole family has went through a lot due to these bed bugs. Back in 2014 around March we have discovered that there were bedbugs in our new home. When my dad identified the bugs on the pillow I did not even know what they were. Listening to bed time stories that usually say, “don’t let the bed bugs bite you!” seemed to be true after all. I never knew such thing existed and the amount of damage it has done to our lives for the past year. I first read about bedbugs on the internet and then I decided to go to Walmart to buy the spray can. We came home and sprayed all of our rooms and we were hoping that magically these bed bugs will disappear. Nothing happened and it felt like we were having more bites overnight. As I was researching about the bed bugs, I was not able to sleep or think straight. The next day I called Muhammed sir and he came right away to check the situation. He came and inspected our home and gave us a quote which seemed very expensive for us. He clearly informed us that other treatment will not work and it will make the situation worst. We did not take his words into consideration and we ended up hiring another company that came in and did chemical treatments. We had to call them three times and they charged us way less than what Muhammed quoted us. We thought the bed bugs would have disappeared but we were fighting with them for almost a year. We decided that the best thing to do is to throw away all our beds and most of our furniture. Around December 2014 we were sitting in our house with barely no furniture. We spent money for air mattresses and we were losing our sleep. My parents work for more than 14 hours a day and when they come home they do not have a place to rest. We then discovered that the bed bugs came on to our sofa as well. With a lot of money that went down the drain, I decided it was best to call Muhammed sir again. I called him this year around February and he came and did a thorough inspection. He spent about 2 hours at our home and identified bed bugs even behind our photo frame. I was quoted more than what I was quoted the previous year due to the bed bugs spreading widely everywhere. At this point I was ready to go with anything because I wanted to get rid of these creatures. I was paranoid, I lost my sleep and I couldn’t focus in school. We had to prepare for the treatment and we went through a massive struggle. Muhammed sir is very clever and he knows exactly what he is doing with the bed bugs. He spent around 4 days treating our house and we was passionate about his job. I wish I hired him last year because I could have saved the mental stress and all of our furniture. He had to come in couple of times after his treatment as we were discovering the bed bugs. He had monitors at our house and we kept monitoring the rooms. He will keep checking on you even after the treatment to make sure everything is okay. If I text him or call him, he usually sets up an appointment right away to come see the house. He is very reliable and honest person. After a month after the treatment, I am now sitting on my new bed peacefully writing this review. I would like to say to everyone reading this review to take my story seriously and please do not try any treatments on your own. If you discover bed bugs please contact Muhammed sir and take care of the problem immediately. He is knowledgeable and he knows how to get rid of these bed bugs. Also, it is important that you work together with him to solve this problem. It seems as though the bed bugs are gone, and I feel like I got my old home back. If Muhammed sir did not exist or did not live in Canada, honestly I do not know what I would have done. I would like to thank him and his knowledge because without it I would be fighting with the bed bugs.

In mid December my boyfriend and I discovered numerous bugs in the folds of our sheetsand between the mattress, box spring and floor. After doing a little online research we learned that they were bed bugs. Immediately after this horrifying discover we started to look into pest control companies. He identifies and treats only the areas affected and he is very thorough. We paid him a lot, but the infestation was extensive and was in multiple residences. After coming home from a trip, I found I got some kind of bites after sleeping in my bed. I immediately thought bed bugs and phoned some extermination companies. I was given a quote for $900 to treat the entire apartment and they could come immediately. My next call was to Muhammad and he wanted to come in to diagnose the problem first. That sounded reasonable. After assessing the situation and much questioning, he said it was not bedbugs. He suspected fleas. I was going to throw out my mattress pad and bedding. He told me to just have them cleaned. To confirm the diagnosis, he left me with traps for bedbugs and also traps for other bugs which I was to use the following day if no bedbugs were found in the first traps. There were no bed bugs as he predicted. I had the bedding cleaned instead of discarding them. I saved myself from a large bill for bedbug treatment and also saved $ as I did not throw out my bedding. After completing the inspection he spent 15-20 minutes chatting with me about the industry, what to keep an eye out for and how to avoid them by being cautious in the future. After living in the same apartment for 12 years with no problems, we somehow developed a case of bed bugs. Our landlord didn't skimp and went for the best. Mohammed was called in and he performed such a thorough inspection, every nook and cranny was checked. Luckily for us, the problem was confined to a small area of our bedroom and Mohammed provided us with a very long and thorough to do list in order to prep for his return. We packed everything, everywhere as Mohammed wanted to ensure that it really was confined to the one area. It took 2 days to complete and then he returned to tackle these pests. He was absolutely meticulous, we knew by watching him work, that we wouldn't have any issues afterwards. Mohammed is passionate about his work, incredibly educated and very pleasant. We were shocked when the mattress delivery crew from a reputable Mattress Co refused to install our new mattress because the "expert" delivery guys declared that we had bed bugs and left both our old and new mattress leaning against walls in our bedroom and hall way - enter another "expert" from a Pest control company who sends our household into a tizzy ordering us to strip and clean almost everything in sight in preparation for fumigation and steaming of virtually our entire house - something doesn't add up when we do a little research and realize that no one in the house had reported any bites or other tell tale signs of bed bugs. Enter Muhammed who takes our call late in the evening - he senses our fear and bewilderment and offers to come out immediately and check things out. He too is suspicious when we report no bites. Sure enough his inspection reveals that we have carpet bug larvae which are harmless and can be easily self cleaned with a vacuum and wipe down. We happily pay his reasonable inspection fee and he takes the time to inspect other rooms and settle our minds. Muhammed explains that there is a bed bug infestation going on and explains how to prevent its occurrence. We are glad to have found Muhammed before going on the wild ride and unnecessarily costly process suggest by the other "experts". Unfortunately there is more than one infestation going on in the city - beware and call Muhammed first.
