    Bed Bug removal

    Pest Solution Services I have an Airbnb listing in my house and in November 2022 a guest complained about a rash. After checking out she texted me to say she believe they were bites from bedbugs. I couldnt believe that was possible but I did some research and called a few well rating bedbug specialists before picking Pest Solution Services. Muhammad of Pest Solution called me back and I explained my situation and that I wanted an inspection to verify everything was fine. He booked me in quickly for an inspection. I must say I was completely stunned when he told me I actually did have bedbugs in that room. He was incredibly kind and explaining how common it was He explained in detail how hed removed them and that he would get rid of them completely - guarantee. I signed up immediately and within a day he had completely ripped apart that room and removed every trace of the bugs, getting into every nook and cranny. He had inspected the whole house, and thankfully the pests were contained to that one room. He was incredibly professional, diligent, and went into great detail. He left each bedroom bug proofed as best as possible from future infestation. He also proceeded to provide follow up inspections to confirm they had been completely eradicated. I was amazed at his complete candour, sincerity, dedication to his craft, incredible wealth of knowledge and generosity with his help, time, & providing answers to all my many questions and educating me. He understood the regulations of Airbnb, and had worked with numerous hotels. He put in a preventative plan and Ill be using his inspection services going forward to make sure no infestation would be possible again and for my peace of mind as I continue to Airbnb the room. I highly recommend Pest Solution Services; I have never had to use a pest service before, so I cant speak to other companies, but I can speak to the amazing service I received, the great customer service, the care, and just comparing his business style and work ethic against any other type of business, in general, he is hands above so many companies out there. You are in incredibly honest, hard working and good hands with Pest Solution Services I dont write reviews, but this one is definitely merited.

    Prompt and professional Bedbug treatment

    Muhammad is a professional bedbug specialist and within hours visit the house and within a week applied treatment. Whole treatment completed in a day and visited after few weeks to confirm all clear. He considered age of tenants on a type of treatment to reduce the risk.

    Bed Bugs

    I had the beginning stages of bed bugs where I was getting bite but could not find anything at all. Then finally found where they came from and my land lord called this company to have them exterminated. He assured me as I was now paranoid that everything was gone. Finally after doing everything I was told washing everywhere and doing laundry and cleaning as instructed the bed bugs have not come back. I also got a mattress cover from the company they put on and then I purchased pillow coverings as well ! As long as you listen to instructions given the process will work amazing

    Bed bug treatment

    Muhammad responded right away to my telephone call. He was highly knowledgeable, personable, and he helped me feel calm in an upsetting situation. Treatment was prompt and thorough. He followed up to ensure the problem had been solved. I would recommend this service.

    After searching many companies and reading endless reviews, we decided to go with Pest Solution Services.. Muhammad is patient, explains in detail the issue/next steps/treatment plan and follow up visits are done to ensure the problem is solved. His knowledge, confidence and meticulousness is reassuring.     First time

    For the first time in my life I required the services of an exterminator. Muhammad of Pest Solution Services arrived at my home a few hours after contacting him. He was very professional and assessed the situation. We were given a few options and quoted a price. Two days later he was at my home dealing with the problem. He is thorough and we are very happy with his work. He will continue to follow up with us. I would certainly recommend him to family and friends who may require his services.

    Quick and considerate

    We were in town for a short time cleaning out an apartment of a deceased family member. We called Muhammad to come for a consult, he was quick and accommodating as well as patient and considerate during a challenging time.     Bedbug Treatment

    An intense and wide ranging infestation was brought under control over an extended period by the close and effective direct action by the director of Pest Services in cooperation with the building manager . Mohammed was meticulous and showed great perseverance to ensure that the solution was complete and lasting. His approach is highly professional given his academic background and extensive experience. It is not simple to deal with the clients physical and emotional reaction to these pests. In giving what at times was difficult advice Mohammed showed understanding and patience and made sure all the underlying issues were clear.

    Pest Issue Resolved

    It is daunting to have Pest in the house. Even more daunting to find Knowledgeable, Honest and respectful Professional. Mohammad is all above. He visited our house, and 1) found the issue. 2) Explained to us including urgency and timelines 3) Disclosed the solutions 4) Provided his availability 5) Promptly came and eradicated the pest issue. I cannot thank him enough; he was God sent to resolve our issue. I will fully recommend him. We are lucky to have professional like him! thank you Mohammad
