    Basement Renovation

    Mark & his crew finished complete Basement renovation, laundry setup on main-floor. Major Work involved :- ->Co-ordination, Inspections & approval from the City during construction phases. ->Inspections & approval of plumbing, HVAC, fire, heating etc. ->Inspections from ESA for Electrical work. ->Installing drywall, electrical, plumbing, tiling, ductwork, flooring, insulation, upgrading electrical panel to 200 amp, pot lights, installing fire rated interior doors, laundry on main-floor & basement. -> Installing interconnected smoke, fire & duct type alarm systems. He addressed some of the issues which came after the completion of work. Considering my experience, I recommend him for the basement renovation project.

    Bathroom renovation

    The bathroom was completely renovated, torn down and replaced from the drywall, floor, insulation, tub, and cabinets. The work was done in a timely manner, and the tile work in the tub/shower and on the floor is phenomenal. The Phoenix crew are professional and courteous. Highly recommended.

    Bathroom renovation

    Recently brought Mark on board to renovate my main and en-suite bathrooms. The work encompassed installing drywall, electrical, plumbing, tiling, implementing a new venting system and insulating the attic. I am extremely pleased with the results! We encountered a few minor bumps along the way which is not uncommon when renovating, however Mark handled these issues seamlessly. Mark and his crew were punctual, present everyday and the job was completed on time. Debris was removed and clean up performed as promised. Any questions or concerns I had were promptly responded to. Workmanship was first rate. Thank you Mark for a job well done.

    Master Bath new freestanding tub with heated floor

    Mark Phoenix Contracting is almost half the price of what I was quoted for at Home Depot contractors. Mark always arrived on time and leaves the area clean. He replaces our existing bath tub with freestanding and install new porcelain tiles with heated floor and install our new undermount sink and faucet and the TOTO toilet which we had some issues because the washlet I bought needs an electrical outlet and we already use our outlet for the heated floor. He advised me to return it because it’s an expensive toilet and it will be useless if we cannot use the washlet (bidet) but I will pay the restocking fee so I decided to keep it and I will need to hire him again when his electrician is available to install the electrical outlet for my washlet and towel warmer. He also gave me some advice on how to lay out the floor tile and make sure I will make the right decision. Our glass wall partition contractor arrives while they're doing their work and coordinate with them. He also made a cut on the baseboard so that we don't need to do it or the Glass company.. Communication is fast and always answers back right away either by email of phone. Will hire him again for our basement project. Thanks Mark and to your Team!

    Shower installation

    We were very happy with Mark's work. He removed our damaged shower stall and installed a new one. He was efficient and courteous and the new shower looks great.

    Egress window installation

    Great service and always arrive at time promised. Small crew came and dug a 8 foot hole to connect to existing weeping tile in solid clay dirt, concrete guy came and cut new window hole, window guy installed new egress window, the clean up crew made sure all was back to normal. Mark Phoenix contracting is reliable, professional and accurate with their quote. Highly recommend this company and will use them in future renovations.

    Bathroom floor repair and tile

    A plumber repairing a broken flange informed us the subfloor was rotted out and needed to be replaced. Contacted several contractors but Mark was the only one to get back to us. Estimate was received quickly and once we agreed to the work Mark made sure all the appropriate trades (tiler and plumber) would be available on consecutive days. Floor wasn't in as bad shape as the original plumber said so repair was done quickly and set up for tiling. Tiler completed install and grout in one day. Plumbing for the new vanity and reinstall of toilet was also completed quickly. It's a joy and a relief to have a professional take care of this work. Mark always showed up at the time he said, answered my questions and explained why things were done.

    Attic Reno

    Mark gutted our existing attic, put in more insulation, and raised the ceiling height before finishing it as a large room. He was thorough, on time, and kept us in the loop. When we ended up needing work done on our roof, he recommended a great roofer. He finished the work well and in less time than we initially thought.

    Kitchen/Living Room Renovation

    Mark Phoenix and his team did an incredible job removing the walls separating our living room and kitchen on the main floor of our new home. It opens up the space beautifully and their attention to detail in every aspect of the job was top notch. Additionally, Mark and his team painted the whole house and did a fantastic job in a tight timeframe. Could not recommend Mark and his team more to anyone looking for renovation work to be done.

    Bathroom renovation

    We couldn't be more pleased by the job Mark and his team did. From the first phone call to the final touch ups, everything was done professionally. After interviewing several contractor we came across Mark, simply to say, very honest, completely upfront and a hard worker. We needed the bathroom to be gutted and renovated, as was really showing its age (late 80's), Mark came in, looked and asked what we want to see and asked us questions to best understand what we wanted and not just nod his head a throw out a price like other contractors had done. Mark made a timeline of 2 weeks and came in at the finish with a day to spare. Always prompt (as a matter of fact, early everyday!), great communication a drink pretty quick to reply to text Inqueries even at night and weekend. Would walk thru the plan every morning and would be do everything as laid out, the quality of the work and trades people were fantastic and final touch up were done without question and the bathroom looks fabulous!! Mark gave good advice and suggestions with tile placements and patterns as well as smart suggestions to further increase the value of your home. All our friends and family have been equally excited as us and for us that we have a new bathroom that looks as great as it does and Mark and his team were a huge part of it. Would absolutely recommend Mark to do work in your home and will be bringing him back to our home for the next job. Thanks again Mark!
