Kitchen renovation
Our kitchen renovation project was completed on time and on budget by Ariel and his crew in a professional and pleasant manner. This particular project involved walls being taken down and a complete makeover of the main floor of our home. Ariel was able to put us in touch with all the right people from the Architect who did our technical drawings for the Town permit, to the cabinet makers who custom built our kitchen cabinets. Our family would recommend Green Maple Renovations to anyone looking to hire a professional contracting company for their renovation project. We couldn't be happier. Thank you Ariel and crew. You did a great job!

Finishing basement
Ariel and the team did an excellent job in renovating our basement within the target budget. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism of Ariel and team. Will highly recommend them to anyone planning to do home renovation. Thanks for the great job, Ariel and team!

Bathroom renovation
Ariel and his team demolished and completely renovated our main bathroom. We couldn't be happier with the results. The stayed exactly on the timeline we discussed and didn't vary at all from the estimate. Thanks for a great job!

Kitchen renovation
The project was a complete teardown and renovation of an old kitchen with many years of what can only be called "jazz" renovations. Ariel and his crew demolished the old kitchen, removed the waste, redid all plumbing, electrical, drywall, tile, etc, and installed an Ikea kitchen that we had purchased. Highlights: - responsive; good communication - clean; thorough cleanup at the end of each day - flexible; project hit a couple snags when Ikea sent us incorrect cabinet sizes, forgot to include sink hardware, etc. Ariel communicated with us and we worked through these snags - reliable; work started on the quoted date and finished before the key deadline (our move in date) Overall a very positive contractor experience.

Basement Renovation
Ariel responded to our call right away and attended our residence the next day. He was very knowledgeable and made suggestions about lay out and design that was very helpful. He gave us a reasonable estimate and placed this in writing that kept us right on budget. The work started on time and along the way Ariel offered helpful suggestions to save us money. The completion date was a little delayed however well worth the wait and we are happy with the results. Thank you to Ariel and his team for all their hard work and dedication to this project. Our 3 year old loves her new playroom and sends a big thank you.

Bathroom and basement renovation
I am happy with my renovation project from Green Maple Renovations, now I can enjoy our new bathroom and the extra bedroom in the basement that we needed. Ariel presented a comprehensive project scope that we worked together before the project started. He and his team started on the promised date and then finished on time, with no budget surprises. He was open to feedback and accommodated some suggestions during the execution of the project. He also tackled with success a complex and unexpected design challenge. I would recommend him for future projects.

Ensuite Renovation
The master ensuite was badly in need of an update. It had an old jacuzzi tub, linoleum tiles and an old fashioned medicine cabinet. Ariel and Alberto came in a removed the old tub, vanity and toilet. They built a new walk-in shower in the space the tub had occupied. The new shower is everything that I hoped it would be. The entire project stayed within budget. I purchased the tiles, toilet and vanity which helped keep the project within budget. I have already asked Ariel to give me an estimate on redoing my laundry room next year. I look forward to working with him on that.

Master bathroom remodel
Ariel and his team did a great job and STAYED within budget as promised! Contract was for labour and shower glass - we purchased our own tiles, vanity, tub, toilet and fixtures which helped us to stay in the overall budget. We are THRILLED with our new bathroom!

Drainage Major Repair
He was on time, courteous, committed and did an excellent job. We are very satisfied with him and will call him for all our future home renovation jobs. I strongly recommend this company for all small to medium renovation jobs.

Bathroom Reno
We recently renovated our bathroom, which involved a complete gut and renovation. It was our first reno experience so I was nervous going into it - but we could not be happier with our decision to go with Green Maple Renovations. Ariel was the most knowledgeable person we interviewed and also the most reasonable. He truly went the extra mile for us to make sure we we're completely happy with the renovation - he custom made molding for our baseboards and around our door to match our current molding and even lengthened our current door so we didn't have to buy all new doors. Our semi-detached home was built in the 1950's so I was worried about damaging the home undergoing such a large reno. Ariel and his team were very careful to try and maintain the existing structure and was cognizant about not doing any unnecessary damage. The most helpful thing for me was that Ariel phoned us most evenings to check in and make sure we were happy with the renovation so far and to let us know what they were planning to work on the next day. I'm the type of person who likes to be very involved in decision making and Ariel was patient and explained everything to me. I will definitely use Green Maple Renovations for our next project!
