Total Basement Renovation
Ariel Nieto and crew at Green Maple Home Renovations made planning and executing our basement renovations a stress-free experience. We benefited from Ariel's creative insight when drafting our plans and we are thrilled with the finished basement. His crew are all about the details. And happily no surprises. They were on time, within our agreed to budget, and most certainly gave us a high-end finish. We'd definitely work with Green Maple Home Renovations on future projects.

Kitchen Upgrade
Green Maple Renovations recently completed a kitchen upgrade for us, and we are happy with the final results. We enjoyed working with Ariel who was a very honest and trustworthy person. He kept us informed on all the major and minor details involved along the way. Ariel responded very promptly to any emails or calls that we made to him during the duration of the renovation. The cost of the project fit our budget. It was reassuring to know that we were getting a fair and reasonable price for the work we requested. It was a pleasure working with Green Maple!

Small bathroom renovation
We had a small bathroom renovation that required a lot of customized items and attention to details to properly fit them in. Ariel and his crew proved to be very competent, flexible and providing input and suggestions as the work progressed, helping us when the initial plans needed to be adjusted. We appreciated his commitment and desire to please his customers.

Bathroom renovation
We originally found Green Mapple Home Renovations on HomeStars and were impressed by the reviews. From our initial meeting with Ariel, to the work done by the crew, our overall experience could not have been better. They have the perfect attitude, open communication, very knowledgeable – our bathroom was finished on time and on budget as well. We are already planning our next project with Green Maple Renovations and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy contractor. Thanks Ariel and the team !

Master Bath, Main Bath, Powder Room & Walking closet
Ariel did a fantastic job with the renovation, we started with the master bath and walking closet, this job required to understand our design needs since we planned to do some changes on the original layout of the master to create the walking closet, been an engineer myself, I 'm really want to be involved in all the details. Ariel was not only able to quickly understand our requests, but suggested improvements during the planning and execution. Timing was accurate and the job was kept within budget. We were so impressed that immediately asked him to do our second bath and powder room which ended up having the same amazing results. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Green Maple Renovations for your next project. We would like to give special thanks to Alberto too, he is part of Ariel's team, and he is a very quiet and dedicated hard worker.

New basement
Ariel was the correct choice after seeing 4 contractors. He is very knowledgeable and has the perfect attitude towards his clients and our requirements in terms of quality and timming. He was right on schedule and budget. The quality of his work and his workers was great. Today I can say that we are happy customers and would recommend Ariel to any of our friends. Thanks and keep up the good work!!

Bathroom & laundry room renovation

Basement Cold Room Conversion, Basement Ventilation and Window Wells
Ariel did a very thorough review of our basement requests - there were a couple of things we wanted that he explained we did not need and then he did a clear budget and delivered great quality on time and within the estimate. Very pleasant to deal with, a pleasure to do business with Green Maple Home Renovations.

Finished Basement Renovation
We reviewed 6 different contractors and chose Green Maple Home Renovations due to Ariel's honesty and straightforward approach during the quote review stage. He was the only contractor that began making (cost effective) suggestions for the project before even being awarded the contract. He was completely open to design changes throughout the process and we are thrilled with the results. I would highly recommend Ariel and his team...
