I wanted to share my experience with the Accurate team, I think many will find it helpful. Prior to moving day I emailed to ask for a quote, they provided me with a estimate promptly based on number of rooms and big furniture items. Confirmation through email and by phone the day before move. Everything was well coordinated and communicated. Day of the move - movers all arrived prior to appointment time, parked in the zoned area and began work on time. They moved very quickly and wrapped all furniture in cloth to protect it. They had plenty of packing materials and moving caddies to expedite the whole process. We moved from a 2 bedroom condo to a house within Toronto - everything was loaded and moved in less than 7 hours. Post move -- nothing was broken or damaged during the move. What can I say, the review that you will find about these guys are true. A am a happy client!

When I was moving last I had broken my IKEA futon in 6 pieces,(I was moving across the street) and walked each piece across the street piece by piece. This time I was moving a bit further, so my prior method of moving wasn't going to work very well. I don't have a license, and couldn't rent my own truck, so I decided to hire a mover to complete my small task of moving my bed from Aurora to the city. I filled out about a handful of requests for quotes online, and I was continuously quoted between $300-$450. I work for a consumer show, so I know all about the ridiculous prices people charge for labor, but still, did these companies read my description of "I only need you to move my IKEA futon?" I'm not paying you over $200 for like 1 hour of actual work. Accurate Movers was the first place to offer me a quote of under $150, stating they have a deal for small tasks like mine. Thanks for actually reading my request in detail! I received consistent e-mail communication from them, even when I only hired them two days before my requested move date. On the day of the move, they called to say they could arrive an hour earlier than scheduled, or they could wait around for me if I was busy. At the time they called I was on my way to the Postal Office, but I told them I would head right back to my place, as I didn't want to keep them on duty longer than they had to be. As soon as I stepped in my house, I showed them where the futon frame and mattress were, and I went on my way to the city to meet them at my new place. When I arrived they were already there. My futon was at my new place before well before the original time they were scheduled to pick up my furniture. At the end of the day, I can clearly say, Fast, Low Priced, and exactly what they promise.

Very smooth move. The online quoting system is super easy, and the owner emailed me with a quote and called me to discuss it within just a few hours. We booked the date and time I needed about 3 weeks in advance of the move. On moving day, the crew was perfectly on time (showed up at 8:15 a.m. in a 8-9 window). The lead guy, Igor, was clearly in charge (very professional) and did a walk-through of our home before they got started. They were FAST and shrink-wrapped everything carefully. We moved from a two-story town home, and they started upstairs with the heavier stuff and worked their way down through the garage where a huge pile of boxes was. They were clearly very experienced because they did all of this without pausing. They shrink-wrapped/padded all of our furniture, upon arriving at our new home, they did an excellent job putting things away in a bigger house with a lot of stuff having to go up the stairs to the second floor. They were fast, and only nicked a couple of cheap pieces of furniture. I expected something like that with a move so it was no big deal. The best part was that they worked so quickly that we ended up paying significantly less than the original quote, Low priced service and great quality work is always a winner in my book.

Homestars saved us again, We had scheduled another moving company to help us on a Sunday. They were an hour late and we couldn't get a hold of them in the meantime. When they finally showed up, two goofy teenage kids strolled out with many "dude, bro, for sure" statements following. When my sister expressed her annoyance at their late arrival and lack of prior notice, they chunked up deuces and left. Since it was Sunday no one was open so I searched on Yelp for a moving company with good reviews. Accurate came up and my sister contacted them. They got back to her promptly on Monday, had movers out by Wednesday, and did a fantastic job packing up the house. Everything was wrapped professionally, the movers were courteous & polite and we truly appreciated all their hard work. They got great tips and they really deserved it! I definitely recommend Accurate and I'll be using them again for moves.

I scheduled a move from an apt to a townhome we bought, because the closing date was changed several times, i had to update the moving date. In each case, I received a response within 30 minutes and had no issue updating. That was the first good sign. On the day before, I got a call to confirm the move time. On day of the movers called me 30 min before the scheduled window to verify directions. They arrived on time and got to work quickly. Anything that was not wrapped, they wrapped with plastic moving wrap to ensure it was not damaged. Everything was completed in 6 hours and the price was very reasonable for such good work. This was the most professional and enjoyable moving service I have ever gotten, including the time when my friends were helping me move.

We hate moving with a passion. When it came time I looked online to find the perfect movers and Accurate did not disappoint. From getting the quote (getting my 10% off by mentioning their website) to move day everything went great. They emailed me a copy of the quote, called the day before to confirm the move and wait for it.......showed up on time! They quoted my move at 5 hours and actually finished everything in 4.5 hours. I only paid for the time that they were there. They were also nice enough to reorganize my bedroom after I didn't like how I set it up. They put all the boxes in the right places. Garage boxes out in the garage, etc. The only think I would knock them for is they do not have anyway to move clothes so that took us a few trips on our own that would of been nice to have done for us, regardless I would hire them in a minute, if your planning to move, call them

The management team was communicative and professional, but the three-man moving crew was incredible! Every move has its challenges, and mine was laryngitis. My mom, aunt, and sister were all my voice, which was probably annoying for the crew to have multiple and sometimes conflicting instructions, but they kept a great attitude and would even look at me to nod before proceeding. The crew arrived within the scheduled window and had my stuff on the truck within about 3 hours. The unload took longer because the new place is on the second floor. One of the crew would strap four boxes to his back with a strap and walk on in! He was a magician, None of the things arrived with dents or scratches. For speedy and courteous, these are your guys.

I have had issues in the past with movers, so I was worried about hiring anyone to help. The reviews of Homestars for AccurateMovers were what pushed me to hire them, and I'm glad I did. I ended up moving twice, once to a storage unit, and then from there into my new place just up the street. The total mileage from the original unit to the new one was under 5 KM. For the first move, I hired them last minute, and the guys showed up about 45 minutes late (but I called that morning to hire them, and they were able to squeeze me in, so that wasn't too big of a deal). I already had everything packed and wrapped, so it was just a matter of them wheeling everything down and out of the apartment. The first move took 2 hours exactly, which ended up costing me a little over $270 (before tip). For the move from the storage unit, I booked in advance, and was given a 7:30-9am arrival time. They showed up just before 9am. They had everything moved into the truck and into my new place, and helped me set up my bed 1.5 hours later. They book a minimum of 3 hours, so it also cost me about $270 before tip. Andrew was the foreman of both of my moves, his is also the owner of the company, give him a call, you won’t regret it.

I have used Accurate Movers 2 times and could not have been more satisfied with the service each time. I contacted AM based on a friend's suggestion who was happy with them as well, and I'll continue to use this company for any future moving needs. As someone or two has mentioned in their reviews, AM provides a quality service even before the job begins as their reservation process is organized and efficient. The only hiccup I have ever experienced with AM was somewhat out of their control: my last moving job that they facilitated ran quite a bit late, which was an inconvenience for me. The lateness resulted from a crew - which was to work for me - being detained at their prior move job because that customer could not fork over cash money after her credit card was declined. Since this was taking place on a busy Saturday, the guys could not dispatch another crew to me. So, my crew was forced to wait on the payment, Otherwise its always been smooth sailing.

Before we bought our house, we moved a lot. We've lived in everything from rental homes, townhouses and apartments within the GTA so we're pretty much pros at packing and going through the whole moving process. We have used Europa, Rent a Son, and a few other local moving companies and Accurate Moving is BY FAR the best. The guys that moved us were quick, professional and reliable. They were punctual and didn't waste our time, which we've experienced with most of the companies that we've had before. I am happy to leave a review for these guys, I hope there was more professional companies who would deliver what they promise.
