I had moved across town and had a great experience with AccurateMovers. We were off to a not that great start when they called to say they would be an hour late but one of the owners, Igor called us to let us know he'd be knocking off the truck charge for the inconvenience. Nice! I still had more packing to do anyway. Alex and Tim killed it from the get go. If you go with Accurate I completely recommend using this duo of professional moving and comedic power. They were fast, efficient and kept my wife, our 15 month old and myself entertained the whole time. Moving is stressful but also exciting these guys amplified the excitement level by 10 times! A joke here a funny story there and before you know it we were all moved in. This was such a unique change from the dry, boring types you often have to deal with at business's in everyday life. These guys are real and their service is of the highest quality.

We moved a week ago, and this was my first time using professional movers. I think this means I am an actual grown up now. The whole process with Accurate was really smooth. I requested info online and then Andrew called me to discuss the move. When I explained the amount of stuff we had, he said he was willing to give us a 3 hour minimum rather than their standard 4 hours. WooHoo! I knew it wasn't going to take that long, so I was happy we wouldn't be getting overcharged. They called ahead of time to confirm and just generally seemed to have their stuff together. On the day of the move, Igor & Mike showed up right on time and they exceeded our expectations. The were friendly, professional, funny and most importantly, THEY HAULED BUTT. Seriously, we were out of our old place and in the new one in 2 hours and 45 minutes. They were absolutely awesome. I only have great things to say about this team.

Three big burly guys showed up at my husband and my house to move us! They were kind of on the unfriendly side, but they were in and they meant business... We signed the contract, very professional and they were off!!! It was a hot day, and I figured I might cheer them up by getting them some drinks so off to the store to buy some Gatorade's... eh... worked a little... my husband overheard them that the last ladies they moved treated them like interior designers... moving the couch here, no there... over and over, and only a 15 dollar tip.... they were pissed....I would be too... So our estimated move of 6 hours only took 5 because they moved so quickly.....they warmed up to us a little and were nice.... we tipped them 40 bucks a person... hey.. it was worth it... the move went so fast....and I did not lift a finger.... super awesome they take the pain in the stress out of moving!

We just move from Toronto to Brampton, Accurate pulled it all off efficiently, calmly, at a good price, and in a very timely manner. Alex supervised the move - gave us the estimate, then offered to work an extra day to organize our storage area, helping my wife to figure out what to move and what to donate. Then he and a worker packed the storage area full of stuff, saving us the cost of a larger storage area. Then 3 men came to pack the next day, again working well and getting everything done quickly. On moving day, again 3 men loaded the truck in under four hours. The truck got to Brampton quickly, nothing broken or missing. I checked the estimate with several other movers who were unable to accommodate us on the day we chose; they both said the price was very fair. Unpacking at our new home went even quicker the guys were done in less then 3 hours, overall we were very happy with our choice of Accurate Movers.

Igor gave me a quick quote on the phone, and answered all my questions. The movers arrived early, prepared with tape, blankets, and everything that was needed. They moved with lighting speed, precision, and worked like my possessions were their own. The movers asked questions, and were incredibly careful with my possessions. They even moved an arcade game out of my basement which was very expensive as well quite heavy. They did it with ease, without complaining and did not charge me anything extra. They also moved some expensive one of a kind artwork with great care. Amazing company, and great service, would recommend to anyone.

I've never used professional m overs before and I really didn't know what to expect. Now I do! I expect a friendly front office staff. Fast, helpful and friendly moving crew and I expect my things to get to where I need them to go without incidents. I moved my 3 bedroom house to storage while I waited for my new house to be completed. I got exactly what I wanted from Accurate Moving. On Tuesday, Alex came by and looked at what we needed moved. She was very helpful determining what we needed and the time we can expect to spend moving. Friday came around, Andrew and the crew greeted me with a cup of coffee. Andrew and team were the best. They helped me pack, they provided me packing material and they made sure I didn't miss anything (I forgot about my small bookcase hidden in the garage). I definitely plan to use these guys when I move out of storage in a couple months. The pricing was awesome. Right in line with the other guys in terms of hourly moving, but you get so much more in service. Thank you Accurate, I felt like my friends were helping me move.

So I am buying another new house just so I can hire Accurate AGAIN! Some time ago we used Accurate Movers and I just had to tell the world how super awesome they were. I hope everyone reads this review quickly because I fear Accurate is going to delete it the moment they do. We actually hired them to move about 500 potted plants to our new home and they did it without showing us how much they despised us for it. What would of taken my husband & I 1 week to do, they did in THREE hours! In the JULY heat, effortlessly AND without flinching ONCE! I probably wouldn't rant and rave about how great they were if I was talking your average typical house plants in typical house pots, but our plants consisted of pots that could hold toddlers & adults. We scheduled them to move our actual belongings at the end of the month and I guess I'll be leaving another positive review shortly.

I knew I loved these guys on the phone but I had no idea they would be the best movers I ever hired. Before Andrews crew showed up, I never imagined that movers would take care of my things as if they were their own. I wish I had hired Accurate for my first couple moves, maybe some of my stuff wouldn't be so banged up. Every part of moving was painless, the guys were friendly, they were right about how to take things down and put them up. It was a real weight off my shoulders - I was so stressed before they showed up. They were very efficient and quickly packed all of my stuff in boxes, making me just sit and enjoy the process.

We used them back in 2008 when moving from Thornhill to Richmond Hill and they were extremely fast, friendly and efficient. Recently, my husband and I made a move from Richmond Hill to the Maple, and the logical choice was to go with this group again. The summer before, we moved my parents with a different team, which ended up being a complete disaster. They were extremely late on delivery and ended up damaging thousands of dollars of our stuff, so needless to say, we knew we'd go with Accurate Movers for our next move. Once again, they were totally efficient in getting things moved in a timely fashion. We knew what we had to pay up front and there were absolutely no surprises. We had a group of four guys move our furniture and boxes out, Everything went smoothly! We cannot recommend these guys enough.

I had these guys booked for awhile as my old roommate spoke highly of them. We decided to go with a 3 pm move because neither of us are early risers and we figured we might need time earlier in the day to do a last minute sell off of anything remaining in our respective apartments or do a final pack up. They called around 2:30 to tell me that the prior move was taking longer than expected, and that they'd be in touch. He told me specifically that it might be closer to 4, and I got regular updates throughout the day. Apparently the move before me was quite the beast, because they didn't show up until around 4:30. Which was not an issue, to be honest--the most important part of good customer service is 90% communication. Once they got underway, though, we moved two apartments in less than an hour. Not only that, but they threw in a fourth person at no additional charge since they were so late. They were pretty friendly guys, and they were also very sensitive to our needs. For example, I am very uptight, and Igor was great at calming me down and keeping me cool.
