We went from a 4th floor walk up condo (top flight was a spiral staircase) with essentially no street parking to a second floor apartment. The crew was absolutely wonderful - very friendly and respectful. They worked quickly and always with a joke, were very careful - even with our cheap IKEA furniture - and nothing was broken, misplaced, or even damaged. Last year we used another mover, ended up having to throw out our (brand new at the time) box spring and were very unhappy. Accurate Movers/ Alex and his crew are worth every penny! They called us just a little earlier than our scheduled slot, and since we were all packed they came right over and started working, PLUS they heeded my labels where to put things in the new place so I didnt even have to shuffle anything during unpacking. Overall - speedy, considerate, very cool guys.

Recently I helped move my girlfriend into a house with the help of Accurate Movers and couldn't have been happier. I'm terrible at remembering to rate services I like online so trust me when I say these guys are pros. They had her entire jewellery studio downstairs into a truck in a half hour. Wrapped her mattress in plastic to protect it during the ride and used painters' blankets to protect desks and dressers from damage. I'd recommend being organized prior to the move, because they'll have your stuff in their truck in no time. Also, juggleboxes really helped us out. If you don't have a lot of time to find boxes, you can get them for free from No Frills. Lastly, I wasnt concerned when they show up and were average sized guys, if you don't overload boxes or have enormous furniture they'll be done quicker than any huge muscle guys.

I was very happy that the moving job ended early, so my job was able to start a couple hours before scheduled. I wanted an earlier slot so this worked out perfect. Igor and his team arrived and were so fast! Everyone very friendly and professional. My little-less-than-2-bedroom took a total of an 4 hours and 30 minutes to move. I was very impressed and very happy with with everything. One side note, I had everything packed and organized when they arrived, this helped the movers get the job done. But at the same time if you need them to do the packing they can help you out with that as well.

This was such a great experience. Having never used movers before, I had no frame of reference as to what kind of service to expect. These guys are so friendly, careful, and FAST I was blown away. If you have everything boxed up, furniture emptied, etc your stuff will fly out the door. They moved my wife, 1 year old, and I from my 2nd floor 2-bedroom walk-up in Danforth area to my new place in Yonge and Sheppard which is on the 5th floor with a small elevator and rules that require bringing everything in through the basement. The whole move start to finish took 5 HOURS! That includes the time it took to wrap every piece of furniture in pads/plastic wrap before getting it in the truck. They also had to park a little ways down the street at the new place. Unbelieveable! My whole afternoon was freed up to settle in and the price was more than worth it. I wanted to personally thank the five man crew of Accurate Movers, Andrew, Igor, and Tim for making my move a truly painless experience. Don't waste your time and nerves researching moving companies, this is the only way to go in Toronto. Thank you fellows for making my move SO EASY.

I work in the real estate industry and have helped people move for over 20 years. I have always been hesitant to refer anyone to a particular mover, since SOMETHING usually goes wrong - and my clients would blame me. Part of my move involved moving a piano. I asked the piano movers who they thought was THE best "high end" mover in Toronto. They replied "Accurate MOVERS". I am happy to report that this was the best move experience I have ever had. Andrew showed up personally to bid out the move. Then he also showed up on move day to supervise everything. He was VERY hands on. Everything was wrapped, and handled with great care. All my pretty things arrived safely and there was not ONE scratch. The price was on the high end, but completely fair given the professionalism of his team. I would certainly use him again, and will recommend him to all my clients.

I had Accurate move me in May and they were wonderful. To start out with, Alex called me immediately after I submitted my online request, the only one to call on a Sunday! The day of the move, three guys showed up on time and moved me from a jam packed full of a stuff 3 bedroom house where I lived previously into my newly purchased townhouse in under 7 hours. The men were very quick and professional. They only took two breaks the entire time, one for a breakfast snack when they were almost done emptying my House and one for lunch when they were almost done unloading the truck at my new house. Unlike some of the other reviews, my quote from Alex was pretty spot on with the final bill. I have to emphasize that besides the actual movers who were great the customer service that this company has is simply amazing, you would never say that you were dealing with movers you feel like you are talking to a professional upscale law firm. My friend Stacy had recommended Accurate after having used their services 3 months ago. We were going to move from our three story town house to another house. We have had terrible moving experiences in the past, but had Accurate Movers move us this morning. I couldn't wait to write a review so that other people will hopefully know how great these guys are and not go through the hell of terrible movers the next time they have to move. We had three guys and they brought their moving truck. All of our furniture, even very large pieces, were moved down the stairs from the old house and then back up the stairs at our new place without a single scratch on our walls or furniture. They arrived right on time and were very friendly and professional. We were in contact with Alex to set everything up. They finished the job ahead of schedule which was great because we saved money. Other movers in the past have taken their sweet time in order to charge more hourly. Super frustrating! Anyway, we could not be happier with our moving experience this time with Accurate.

I had used Accurate last month (June) moving from Toronto to Brampton and I must say, that was the most fast, easy, and stress free move I had EVER done! If your anal like me, and let reviews scare you with your decision making, Call Accurate Movers! I booked my appointment with them maybe 3 weeks before my move (friendly staff), they called and confirmed my move the day before and arrived on time (9 AM.) the day of the move. They moved, wrapped, disassembled, and reassembled and even stopped at my storage unit to drop off other household items in only 5.5 hours! Very reasonable prices and awesome workers! If I ever move again I will definitely call them and refer them to anyone of my friends!

I have been talking to Andrew from Accurate Movers by email for couple of months because we were unsure of our move in date. He was always quick with a response and incredibly accommodating. Even while he was on vacation, I was able to reach him. Our three movers, Igor, Alex and Tim arrived early and got to work quickly. They were very friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. Everything was moved to the correct places, and they even helped us move some of the stuff that was already at the new house. Not to mention, they were very careful and nothing was damaged. I am so impressed with the level of service from Accurate Movers, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stress free moving day!

The guys were very nice and professional. The hourly rate was the best I found around the GTA. I was a little nervous because they do not have any BBB ratings, but I went with them based of the Homestars reviews, and I'm glad I did. The 3 guys cleared our 10x10 storage unit and 3 bedroom house, and unpacked it all in our new house in about 8 and a half hours. They dismantled and reassembled our furniture as needed. They took care of our valuables and fragile items. I would definitely recommended this moving company! There was a time disconnect between the movers and the office as far as the appointment time. The movers arrived at 8 and I was told they'd arrive at 9. However, it wasn't a big deal I got there at 830 and they started my time at 830, so no harm no fowl there. Also when signing the paperwork at the beginning I saw some extra stair charges and distance charges that could be added. I suspected they would be considering the house had two flights of stairs and the parking lot was further away. However, they only charged me the hourly flat rate. I am very happy that I choose Accurate Movers.
