Moving long distance would turn out to be harder than we thought, we had 5 different companies over to give us quotes and to explain how everything would work. Until my buddy recommended Accurate. This crew really know the moving business and provide a professional service that is honest and upfront. They did a great job with our move from Montreal. They were prompt and delivered on the earlier time for the delivery schedule. They surpassed all of our expectations and were a pleasure to work with. If you have to move long distance Accurate movers should definitely be on the top of your list of moving companies.

Working with Accurate Movers was an awesome experience. They told us about all the possible issues that might come up with moving out of Downtown. They explained that the bigger truck may not be able to get into our area and that we would have to pay extra for a shuttle service. No other company told us about this, which helped us decide to pick them for our move. They really explained all the little things that may end up costing us more on the day of the move. This way we had no surprises at all. On the move day, they did need the smaller truck and we forgot to wrap our tv and cabinets , but they took care of that as well without any issues. A great experience overall.

We hired Accurate Movers two and a half years ago and I hired them again 2 weeks ago to move my stuff out of storage in the west end and over to my new place at Yonge and Eglinton. Moving is stressful for many of us and the company staff was flexible and understanding. The Accurate crew work very well under pressure, did not freak out when I called with a potential change of plans at the last minute. Instead, they provided options and always looked out for my best interest to keep my costs down. They had done an excellent job at packing furniture for long-term storage to protect it from bugs/cold, damp weather conditions and once I unpacked everything was intact. Mike, Alex and Steve were great in 2010 and Mike and Igor were just as awesome for this move. They also did a great job at assembling furniture, which is a pain to do, and they did it in a jiffy, probably for a third of the time that it would have taken me to do it. I cannot recommend them enough. These guys are super stars in my book

Accurate’s level of professionalism, customer service and adeptness at moving my furniture with care blew me away! They were the first company to reach out to me to provide me with a quote. On moving day, a crew of 3 competent movers headed by Andrew arrived at my townhome in Richmond Hill. I was amazed at the level of efficiency of this crew. Every single piece of furniture was wrapped diligently and they even took time to cover my floors. They stacked the truck with care. After about an hour of watching their each and every move I decided to kick back a little...I knew they were doing the job correctly. They helped me place everything exactly where I wanted and re-assembled all of my furniture at my new place in the city. The icing on the cake was that they followed up with me a day before to confirm my move, on the day of loading to make sure everything was going well and to inform me when delivery was to be expected. Great people and they are great movers.

The furniture of our house was packed up and moved through Accurate Moving Service and we couldn't have had a smoother more painless transition, our first contact was via email looking at different movers in the area for a quote, we contacted 5 local companies and 2 of them sent reps to our home for a visual weight based estimate, while they were both very courteous, professional, prompt and close in price, Mike from Accurate was by far, more knowledgeable and professional Mike did a superior job as far as explaining the process without us having to ask a million questions, and the questions we did ask, he answered on the spot, the other gentleman couldn't answer a few really important questions, he did answer them the same day in an email from his office, but it surprised us that they couldn't be answered at our house. So we chose Accurate and on moving day, the movers that arrived in the morning were again, courteous, polite, very professional and clean, Alex and Igor packed all of our boxes and were extra careful handling our furniture Everything arrived on time and undamaged to our new home. So this is a big thank you to everyone at Accurate Moving Services for a job better than well done, PERFECT.

If I ever move again (which I am hoping I won’t have to,) I will for sure use these guys. They came and picked me up a couple weeks ago and I got the cell for my driver which was good because it’s hard for me to get out of work so we had to coordinate the whole thing in advance. I tell everyone about Accurate Movers who is planning to move, they are helpful, reliable, honest and reasonably priced.

Right after the winter holidays we were relocating our offices. Our lease was up and we started looking for a moving company that would help us out with the move. Our premises were pretty big, 5600 Sq feet. I called in 4 different companies to give us an estimate. One of them was Alex from Accurate movers. Their price was second lowest, but what impressed me the most was the efficiency and the thorough manner in which he explained to me their services. He had a whole presentation prepared. He spent about 1 and 1/2 hours going through everything that they do, and explained step by step their work process. The insurance that they carry of up to 5 million was also an important factor for us. We picked them and on the moving date Alex was there with the crew all day supervising the move and making sure that everything was moving along smoothly. They were true to their word. I have already recommended them to my friend who has also used them and had the same amazing service. Thank you guys.

We were moving an antique china cabinet that was my grandparents’. I often admired this piece and when it was passed down to me I was thrilled. I was really worried about it making a move but my fears were unfounded. Accurate Movers took such pains to make sure it arrived in perfect condition. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and pleasant. The team who picked up as well as the ones who delivered were super careful with my things. They delivered my cabinet on time and with complete accuracy. I would definitely use them again

We called many companies and decided to go with Accurate Moving after speaking with Igor. He made us feel very comfortable with the whole process of moving. He helped to do a price match with another company that gave us a lower price and then even was able to beat that price by a little. The movers who came on the moving day were professional and overall nice people. We really thought that the move would be more crazy and aggravating but in the end it was very easy to work with this company and the guys who did the actual HEAVY LIFTING.

After much research and lots of phone calls my wife and I decided to go with accurate moving for our move out to Ottawa. Price that these guys gave us was a little higher than the others ($3100) but we felt that they were offering the best service for our needs. The movers who came on the moving day were courteous and knew what they were doing. They handled everything with care and made sure all of our furniture and boxes got safely to our new place.
