I had interviewed a number of moving companies prior to contacting Accurate Movers. I had been incredibly frustrated with those experiences: a couple of companies did not return my calls, one company was just not listening to what I wanted and one company rescheduled, did not show up and then showed up late. When the representative from Accurate Movers came, he was on time, compassionate, professional and knew his stuff!! From that moment, I was not disappointed with the services provided. There were a couple of minor damages in the move, but those were addressed and resolved punctually.Their cost was comparable to other companies. This was a tough move and Accurate Movers made the physical part of the move less stressful. Thank you to the entire team that cared for us during our move!!

It went very well. There was a crew of 5 and we needed it! This included the Lead person who really kept things running smoothly. We moved 2.5 miles and they filled one truck, unloaded and delivered the next truck. The timing was excellent and they took care of our things. Still unpacking but nothing broken. We had everything marked and for the most part everything was put in the correct room. I would recommend them completely.

Very unhappy with the service provided. Was quoted 4 hours, but the move took 12 hours (bill was 3 times what we were expecting). Several pieces of furniture were damaged, boxes were dropped. iPad ruined. Unprofessional in their interactions with us. Response to these complaints were accusatory in nature. Did not take any responsibility for the damaged items.

Despite putting in a long and hard work day, the three man crew arrived with a cheerful attitude and immediately went to work carefully wrapping the furniture and loading the truck. The offloading of the furniture and other incidentals were equally well cared for at the delivery point. Each of the three crew members were polite and courteous and the job was managed in an efficient manner. Our impression is that Accurate's Moving is a highly professional company who places their customer's needs as a priority. We highly recommend Accurate's Moving to anyone who values old world pride and work ethics.

I recently sold the home my husband and I lived in until he passed away a year ago. Kirill and Bill and the whole Accurate crew were so efficient in packing all my fragile things, they provided exceptional service and were very understanding when I had a few bad moments. They even went to pack up a storage room I had forgotten to tell them about and retrieved a briefcase after all my household items had been delivered to their warehouse for storage that I had forgotten to set aside so it would not go with my other things. In short, they went WAY above and beyond in service to me as I am very sure they do with all their customers. My furniture is set to be delivered to a new home in Ottawa in January, and I have no doubt the service will again be exceptional. I would recommend this company to anyone whether the move is local or long distance because they are worth every penny.

it was the rainiest day of the year and the three man team showed up on time and did a great job. they were good natured helpful and easy to work with. i would highly recommend them.

The dudes from Accurate movers were on time and on budget. They were helpful, careful with our belongings, good humoured and worked super hard. All our stuff arrived safe and sound and we couldn't be happier. They were worth every single cent!

Accurate Moving really earns their name. This was a pretty massive job - filled two 26 ft trucks to the roof from a home we'd lived in 16 years. Kirill came out and inspected everything...super nice and professional guy. Provided a detailed estimate with a range...after two long days of packing and a day of moving, the total job came in just under the low end of the estimate. If you can get Ted and Marco on your move, the guys are rock stars (Ted, literally is a rock star when he's not moving you) - after two days packing they felt like family and we knew we could trust them to make the move day go smoothly. Highest recommends for Accurate Moving, they'll remove some of the stress from moving your household.

Accurate Movers contacted me twice to confirm my move out date prior to their arrival. Kirill provided his estimate in advance based on his very reasonable hourly scale. The day of my move out, He was 45 minutes early and ready to work. Kirill and Paul worked well together with great concern and care for my belongings. They were very conscientious about not hitting the walls and scuffing the paint. Perfection! It was blazing, hot today and not once did I hear either one of them complain. They asked if I needed help moving anything around as I was arranging my things and asked at the end of the move if I needed additional help with anything. Paul even walked my 10' ladder to the loft i moved out of when I had every intention of doing so myself. I was impressed with their service, expeditious manner, friendly demeanor and professionalism. Would definitely recommend their services to my friends and associates. Kirill works hard as well as his employee Paul. I never met either one of them and found them on Homestars. I'm glad I called.

The move went very well. I asked that being careful as opposed to speed was the priority of the crew. I had just renovated a new house and didn't want my stuff or my new place damaged. The crew worked at a steady pace and was very careful with our things and keeping the mess down even though it rained during the move. It took two trips with the truck because we didn't want to have to stack things too much and risk damage. More time, but well worth it. Thanks Accurate.
