Accurate moved me out of a 10 X 20 storage unit in Mississauga into a condo I had just purchased at Fort York in downtown Toronto. They were wonderful young men who worked very hard from the time they arrived till the job was complete. It was super cold that with tons of snow on the ground; however, they made sure they did not drag all the outside elements on their feet into my new condo. In addition to recommending this local business, I would definitely use them again myself.

It went very well. They were a tad late, but made up for it ten fold by how efficient they were. There were 4 young men who got right to work. All we had to do was direct what needed to go. They worked together and got things wrapped (they wrapped things in plastics and padding so there weren't any scratches) and packed well. We then met them at the other house and I stood and told them what to put where. All in all it took about 5 hours. This was by far most simple and well coordinated move that we ever had, thanks to Accurate.

Extremely satisfied from the day I called Accurate Movers (Ray) to get a qoute for moving my 2 bedroom apartment. On move day Paul, Tony and Ilya showed up 15 minutes before appointed time with a smile which instantly reduced my stress tremendously. Even during the move they took great care of our furniture by blanket and plastic wrapping them and nothing was damaged. Overall a very pleasing moving experience.

My move was flawless. The 3 men showed up exactly on time and got straight to work. Like a well-oiled team, they didn't have to talk a lot. This gave me the impression this crew has worked together a lot. The crew was efficient, professional, and funny (not something you normally expect). Nothing broken and no damage to any walls or flooring. Pricing was very fair. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Kirill was the most responsive of all companies we asked for an estimate, and his price was in-line w/ other movers of the same calibre. He quoted a dedicated move to Montreal, where our stuff would not be mixed-in/shuffled w/ stuff from other folks. This allows for less damage, and MUCH better control of timing. Instead of getting a 3-10 day arrival window, we had a 24-hour window of when our stuff would arrive. The movers themselves were top-notch. Always up-beat, never a complaint, and were always focused on their work. Items were packed into the truck methodically. Boxes which they packed (our glass items and art) were paper-wrapped several times over and not a single one of the glasses or art broke. Long story short, everything went well. The moving coordinator was dilligent w/ paperwork, insurance was very very reasonable. Can't say how important it is when you're moving your family to another Province, to have peace of mind - and Accurate Moving provided it. We would use again!

Positive: These guys are great. They move quickly, wrap everything really well with blankets. They provide wardrobe boxes, bins, plastic wrap, tools, floor coverings etc. Very professional! Negative: They charge from when they leave their location and add on time for when they return to their location. The movers that came for our move got lost on their way from Sherway to downtown Toronto. I was on the phone with them constantly directing. We ended up having to spend an extra $200 on this. The company should start charging from when the movers arrive at the pickup location to when they leave the drop off location. Accurate Movers was great - they called the day before to confirm and on the morning of to let me know when they'd be arriving (right on time). The two men who did the move were very polite, efficient and so careful with my things. They were also very careful of the woodwork and floors. The bill was very reasonable for the work they did, in fact it was quite a bit less than last time I moved. I would absolutely use them again.

These guys were great. We wanted to move on the Friday before Victoria Day, so I thought it might be difficult finding a mover. I called them up and within an hour Kirill was at our apartment providing us an estimate. When the day came, they showed up on time (early in fact) and were very nice and professional. All told, the move took about 5 hours. As far as I can tell, nothing was damaged or scratched in the course of the move. The price was very reasonable too. Hopefully, we won't be moving again any time soon (we finally found a house that we love), but if we have to, I will definitely use Accurate Movers again.

I've waited far too long to submit this review...Accurate deserves top marks. Rudy and his team were excellent! Very friendly, prompt in returning phone calls, and in arriving to pick up items, and in dropping them off at the final destination. The movers were professional and used care when handling our belongings. They loaded all the items carefully and everything was delivered on time, and carried into the new apartment with no damage to any property. I feel like my business was important to them and that they went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied with their service. When Rudy said something would get done, it got done. I would highly recommend Rudy and his team to friends or family.

We have moved 9 times in 14 years (in province and out of). Needless to say we have some experience in dealing with moving companies! We were impressed through out the process from the estimate to the move. Refreshing to have a company actually provide more than two movers to handle moving all your possessions. Accurate movers provided us with 5 movers on moving day which made the process relatively smooth and efficient. We did have one piece of furniture and a wall damaged. Accidents do happen but we were immediately assured the damage would be taken care of to our satisfaction. True to their word they did have both furniture and wall damage taken care of. It is refreshing to deal with true professionals. Thank you Accurate Movers team!
