Great experience from start to finish. Paul came out a few weeks before to go over the details of the move. He was punctual and pleasant. We were made to feel quite comfortable with the whole process. On moving day, the crew was punctual, professional, respectful, nice, and easy to work with. The team worked very hard and everyone had a great attitude. We had a lot of things to move, including a very heavy piano. The guys were so careful and just worked tirelessly all day. We were really impressed! Thank you, Accurate!!

Kirill was very helpful in providing us with a quote as well as answering our many questions in the days and weeks prior to our move. His estimates on the size truck needed were spot-on, and we had a great crew loading and unloading the truck. We did all our own packing, and emptying dressers was required. Marco was the "crew leader" for our move and was a great guy to work with. The team (of 3 at pickup, 2 for drop off) meticulously wrapped our furniture and provided an inventory (number of boxes of different types, as well as a list of furniture pieces moved). They disassembled some large pieces, which they beautifully reassembled at drop off. Everything went smoothly, and the guys even offered to help us with re-arranging furniture as we set it up. The team worked quickly and efficiently, were all very professional and friendly, and generally a pleasure to work with.

Accurate were great setting up the original date & then changing when we needed to change. We were moving my elderly mother out of her old big house into a storage and then into a semi. They sent 4 movers instead of 3 because rain was expected. Rain did not start until after the move was completed. The movers were very professional & polite. They moved all of her things in less time than we had anticipated. We'll be moving her items from storage as soon as her house is ready, Accurate Moving will be moving her items for us.

Overall, this was a good experience both with the office and the moving team. Office staff were great, took all time needed to explain their services and the move process. The quote was reasonable and the hourly rate extremely competitive. There is NO Travel Time with these guys, which is amazing. On the move day, the team lead called to say they were leaving their office, and the three-man crew arrived on time. I asked for china to be wrapped, and we have a 54" upright piano. We moved from a third floor walk-up (that means no elevator) to a house. The movers took great care preparing the piano to move and carefully planned how it would proceed down each flight. There's nothing easy about moving a piano, but all went smoothly. Our quote included the piano within the move, there was only a small surcharge for it. At my new home, everything was unloaded quickly and placed where directed. The team worked efficiently and were extremely polite and pleasant. I haven't unpacked the china, but I'd be surprised if anything is damaged. If it is, I'll update this review by end of March. I'd certainly recommend Accurate and would consider them in a future move. Though I sincerely hope to not move again for a very long time!

I thought I was getting the three man deal and truck, turns out I got a 3 man deal and a foreman! This crew came and got to work immediately. They worked quickly and showed great respect to all of our belongings. I had already moved my small boxes and furniture that I could to ensure the work would be done quickly. They took extra special care of my appliances and furniture and offered additional packing supplies like mattress bags. Even with the commute they were able to move all of our furniture and large heavy objects without any damage in one truck and in 5 hours. I was extremely impressed and happy that I saved my back, time and mental capacity by using Accurate Moving. On a side note we were extremely discouraged when we went to plug in our dryer and it was a 3 prong instead of a 4. They overheard my husband and I complaining and advised us (correctly even) that the plug can easily be switched and where we could find the parts. Everything they told me was spot on. The dryer works perfect and it took my husband just 10 minutes to perform the change. They saved us 700+ dollars on purchasing a new dryer. Great job Accurate Moving!

I found Accurate online and scheduled a time with Kirill. He gave me an estimate and called and confirmed the move for the following day. I got a call from the movers that they were on their way and they showed up right on time. The movers were Joseph and Paul and they were awesome! They were super friendly and professional. We did a lot of the work by wrapping up furniture and packing and they were very appreciative about that so that helped them be more efficient. The move took about 6 hours. They took there time moving every single piece of furniture and really treated it like they were moving their own house. If a piece of furniture caused an issue or was damaged, they would point it out first and not try to hide it or "force" bigger pieces through the door. Some of my furniture was from college days so I didn't mind it basically falling apart on them. They were very cautious in the new home not to leave a mark and put the boxes and furniture in the rooms I wanted them. I would definitely recommend Accurate Movers again and ask for Paul and Joseph! It seems like every one who moves has something go wrong. I was bound and determined to keep that from happening. However, despite my best efforts, I failed. Our family of 5 was moving a 2700 sq ft home from London ON into a 2500 sq ft home in Richmond Hill. I chose a company I thought could get the job done. There are really no words to describe the movers that the moving company sent me. Through no fault of their own, they were just plain incompetent. Long story short, it was maddening. Simply maddening. We were supposed to finish on a Tuesday. By Friday night, I was near tears. So, I turned to internet and scanned the local moving company. Enter Accurate Movers. I saw it said 24 hr emergency service available and this definitely qualified as an emergency in my book. (at least it felt that way) I took a risk and texted the listed number at 11:30pm on a Friday night explaining the situation. Kirill answered my text a few minutes later. I was asking for as many men as he could give me - up to 6 if possible. By midnight he already had 4 and said they could be here at 9. By morning, Kirill had rounded up another 2 guys, bringing our total to 6 men. These guys showed up right on time with firm handshakes and big smiles. They were so friendly and polite - calling me "Miss Jackie" and not getting ruffled when I changed my mind on where a particular furniture item belonged. They had to work around our original crew - being very respectful of their space - but running circles around them. In a few hours, they were able to finish unloading the truck, unpacked probably 97% of our home, assembled furniture, organized and most importantly, gave me the peace of mind I needed. They were upbeat and worked so hard that it made my head spin. If someone finished a task, they moved on to another. They were extremely self-motivated and self directed - yet they knew when to ask for directions or clarification. Within a moment, they could troubleshoot a problem that stumped the original company for hours. Literally. They worked as a team and it appeared that there was genuine camaraderie between each crew member. I would definitely recommend these guys in a heartbeat. They really came to the rescue. To put a crew together at such last minute notice and for them all to be so hardworking... I was just so grateful for them Accurate movers are giving the moving industry a good name! THANK YOU!!!

Outstanding customer service! Paul is such a pleasure to work with. It was clear from our first contact that our satisfaction really IS his number one priority. He came out quickly and gave us a quote on our moving and packing service. When we said the price wouldn't work for us, he met us on a price that did. This is not something you come across everyday. Most companies would have told you "oh well!" but Paul was willing to go the extra mile to keep his customers happy. His team showed up on time and boy did they work hard! We didn't realize until almost 4pm that they hadn't even bothered to take a lunch break because they were so busy getting the job done. So we quickly ordered the guys a couple of pizzas, refueled them and they continued to work until late till the job was done. Every single one of them was polite, professional and courteous. They took time packaging our things and making sure to move them with care. We are stuck in limbo for a month before we cant close on the new house so Paul offered to set up a storage unit nearby, to save us on mileage with the move in. I, without hesitation would recommend Accurate movers for any moving job big or small. You will not find a company who offers better service. We look forward to seeing them again with our move in.

Promptly came for an estimate. We decided to go with "time and materials" instead of fixed fee because we have three young men in the house and we only moved 3 km away... so I wanted to move as much stuff ourselves as possible. The price was better than any of the others and the ratings on Homestars were very high, so we selected Accurate. The estimate process was smooth. They are very easy to work with. There were no surprises when it came to the final price. The movers (4 very polite hard working guys) showed up right on time. They were very careful with all of our stuff which included some antiques. Everything was wrapped and protected very professionally. We ended up not being able to move as much stuff (clothes dishes etc.) ourselves the day before Accurate came, so it took 2 truckloads back and forth instead of the 1 that we estimated. The guys worked hard for 13.5 hours straight! End of the day it was dark, I am sure they were tired and hungry, and they were ready to close the door on the truck to deliver the last load. I ran out with "wait... can you fit one more thing?" a few times and there was not even a hint of complaint on their end. This saved me a few extra trips in our SUV, so it was very much appreciated. Their truck was new and clean, and they cleaned everything up very well before departing. I'd use Accurate again in a heartbeat.

Accurate Moving was very responsive from the moment I contacted them asking for a quote to move approximately 8-10 large items of furniture. All of our communication was conducted via email and I never had to wait long for a response to any of my questions. After I needed to add a couple more items to those being moved, the estimate remained the same, which was nice. On the day of the move, the team of 3 movers arrived early and got right to work. They were very professional (as well as friendly) and efficient. Everything was well wrapped and padded. At the new place, they quickly got everything in to the rooms as I directed, and even offered some excellent suggestions on placement when I was uncertain. I was pleased to note, as everything was unwrapped, that there was absolutely no damage. The guys also cleaned up all of their packing and wrapping materials very thoroughly before leaving. They were able to get the move done in 30 minutes less than the estimated time, which resulted in a final bill lower than estimated.
