Customer service was accommodating and their estimation process was great - they said they estimate on the high side just in case. Our final bill was less than I anticipated - always a plus! The movers - Ted and team (wish I could remember all their names because they were all great) took great care to wrap and move every single piece. Ted went above and beyond - inspected pieces of furniture, tightened legs, custom wrapped my TV when it was too big for the box and showed us some pre-existing issues (with a statue and other items) that we should be careful with in the future. His team expediently wrapped and moved furniture like experts - with great care and without any breaks. This team truly cared about furniture and even pointed out that you have to if you're going to be a good mover. They were polite and patient (e.g. when waiting for delayed freight elevator opening and a car that blocked their truck from leaving the first location). At the end of the move Ted asked me to fill out a questionnaire - gave me an envelope and privacy to give my opinion. When I handed the envelope with completed questionnaire, he promptly sealed it - very courteous. They took away the stress of moving - and I would definitely use them again - thank you Accurate Movers!

Kirill and his team are great. Very professional, great communication, and really take the time to get the work done right and fast! They put us to ease during a stressful time and I would recommend them to all my friends and family!

We contacted two well rated moving companies on Homestars to estimate charges to move us out of our home in Pickering which we just sold. The home is a large 10 room house we have lived in for the last 9 years and a large double car garage that included some storage and gardening equipment. We were moving to the city but have not yet bought a house so we required the moving company to pack us up and move us into storage. The job included consolidating a 10x15 temporary storage unit we contracted when we staged our home. Estimates from the two companies were significantly different by a factor of almost 2 to 1 so I asked Marco, the proprietor of Accurate to review and confirm their lower offer. I was surprised when Marco offered to personally come to our house the same day, which he did, and subsequently confirmed his company's estimate. We decided to go with Accurate. The actual move: 4 men from Accurate showed up on time on a Saturday to pack us up. It took them about two hours longer than planned, altogether about 11 hours. The men were very professional, efficient and enjoyable to be around. We were present all day and so when in doubt the packers asked us for packing direction and willingly held up on packing some items we still needed to delay. On the following Monday a crew of 5 men, some the same as before, returned in two trucks to move us out. The move out was also very efficient and well organized. The workers were professional, polite and cooperative. We had several large and heavy pieces of furniture including two stone Japanese garden lanterns we brought back from Japan and a heavy exercise machine in the basement all of which were removed without any damage to the property. Actual costs ended up about 10% higher than the estimate but still significantly lower than the competitive estimate, due to the longer packing time needed. In summary we were very impressed with Accurate Movers performance with this part of our transition. Marco and his crew lived up to and exceeded their high ratings on Homestars. I am confident that when it is time to move us into our new home Accurate will not disappoint us!

We cannot say enough about the quality of this experience with Accurate Movers. From the beginning, Kirill, the consultant, worked with us, visited our home, gave us an estimate, and provided the information we needed to prepare for the move. The contract and information were provided online, making many of the details easy. The day before the move, we got a call to confirm time of arrival of the trucks. The movers [four strong and very pleasant young men] arrived on time, got to work immediately, checked with us to be sure that items were being sent to the proper destination [we had two!]. They were efficient, professional, and worked very quickly. They checked with us about particularly delicate things that needed special packaging, and shrink-wrapped all large pieces going into storage. Within three hours, both trucks were off to destinations. They arrived at each facility on time, unloaded the materials, and managed to finish the entire job before 4 PM. The final estimate turned out to be lower than the first! You can well imagine our appreciation and delight. This company made moving ALMOST pleasant! I would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They aren't the least/most expensive company, but I doubt they can be beat for making moves quickly, kindly, and efficiently.

We used Accurate Movers to move us out of our high-rise in Downtown. We were forced out due to building code violations and we didn't have much time to look around. I called several companies and found the sales people to be the most knowledgeable, friendly and reasonably priced. We needed to store our stuff while looking around for a new place to live. As frustrating and challenging as it all was. This company was AWESOME from start to finish. They made the process simple and were right' on it'. When the movers arrived we couldn't believe how fast and experienced they were. They had us out before noon and packed my artwork, TVs and nik-nacks with ease. They used lots of wrapping and packing paper so nothing would get damaged. I have some big furniture and lots of stairs, but they made it look easy and simple! We were in storage for almost three months and when they delivered our stuff not one thing was scratched, broken or damaged. Everyone including the office girls, sales staff, drivers and movers were very professional, friendly and accommodating. Well worth the price! We will tell everyone about Accurate Movers and we most definitely recommend using them. Thanks again guys!!

Our experience with Accurate was great. Paul came out to do the estimate for us, and was available after the fact to answer all of my last minute questions - which he answered promptly. The movers were scheduled to arrive anywhere between 7:30 and 8:30 am and they were there at 7:30 sharp. We had a crew of 4 movers and 2 trucks. All 4 guys were great. The crew was led by Ted - they explained the process from start to finish. They worked quickly but efficiently, had a great sense of humor and personalities. Our stuff arrived to Mississauga without a dent or scratch and nothing was broken or damaged in the process. These guys made moving as painless as it could be. I would highly recommend them and would definitely hire them again if need be.

We have hired Accurate Movers to move to our new house and were really pleased with the service provided. They showed up earlier, nothing was damaged and they were fast. Will use them again!

This company deserves every one of their great reviews. I hired Accurate Movers to haul 11 extremely heavy cast-iron radiators (including one they called "The Monster") from my backyard back into my house after they were repainted and my floors were redone. Accurate showed up promptly at the time they promised, and proceeded to do a very difficult job with complete professionalism. I would describe the crew of four that came to my house as polite, respectful, positive, enthusiastic, conscientious and skilled. I appreciated that at once, they were concerned about the well being of my radiators, my house/walls, and their own backs. They took their time and were very careful, and still managed to get the job done fairly quickly. I hope not to have to move anytime soon, but I will definitely keep them in mind for when I do. Very professional team!

We have made many moves, including several international ones, using major moving companies, so we feel well qualified to judge. Kirill and his team are some of the best. The were prompt, friendly, professional and accommodating. The quotation for time and materials was extremely accurate and they worked swiftly and carefully, paying attention to our requests and concerns. Highly recommended.

Karill's team of movers was just so easy to work with - punctual, efficient, and most importantly mistake free. The team was able to disassemble and reassemble two complex beds, and made it look so easy. Great attitude, respectful of our belongings and completed the move in the estimated six hours - we would definitely use them again (probably every time we move in the future) and have no hesitation in recommending them to any of our friends.
