    Broken Garage Door Gear

    I called for a repair person to come to my home, assess the problem with my garage door opener and fix it. We agreed on a time frame and he didn't show up. I called to confirm that I didn't get the time/date wrong and soon received a call stating that he had gotten into an accident and wasn't able to come that afternoon. We then agreed on another day and time. He showed up this time took a quick look and said that the motor seizes when this happens and that we'll need to replaced it at an estimated cost of $700. This service call cost me $30, which felt more like a shake down. By this time I had done my own research and the motor was fine, all it needed was to have the gear replaced, which should range between $200-250. I also watched videos on how to replace it myself which would a cost about $60. I'm handy, but don't have the time. I hired another company and had if fixed the next business day. I took the time to write this review because I don't want another person to go through this.

    Dear Customers, please ignore this fake review which is just one of our boring competitors who doesn't know to play right. we were unable to find any info about this customer or something related to what he mentioned in the review , also nothing in what he says doesn't make any sense. A.we have the same profit on changing gear set or installing a brand new opener. the only different its to install a new open take much longer the replacing gear which it doesn't make any sense. B. we are in business for over 10 years and we don't have unsatisfied customers, period. we will do anything to make our customers happy and we doing pretty well so far i have to be honest. i promise you, if you show me any invoice with HOMELAND GARAGE DOORS Ltd on it- i will refund you 100% of this invoice. money is absolutely not everything for us.

    Garage doors service

    I had a problem with me garage door opener and I called home land garage door Ltd and they came fast like they promised, and Adam was a very polite young man and he fixed all the the problems very quickly, he new exactly what he was doing and I’m very happy with the service.

    Garage door repair

    My garage door bracket was broken on Saturday morning, called homstars around 10. Door fixted within 3 hours. Very professional, know how to do the job. I strngly recommend them for garage door.

    Complicated job, fixed to our satisfaction.

    New cables and new springs needed for our garage, complicated job to get it balanced to perfection. Daniel worked hard to get it right. Extremely polite & professional both the office staff Nimi and Daniel our technician. And done in -20 freezing weather! Highly recommended.

    Great Service

    The garage door cable broke unexpectedly. Daniel from Homeland Garage Doors Ltd. assessed the damage and came back to complete the repair. Daniel was timely, friendly and did great work. I would use Homeland Garage Doors again.

    Awesome Service!

    I called Homeland as a result of my garage door opener "blowing up". Daniel showed up exactly when he said he would (within a two hour window) and quickly diagnosed the problem. As it turned out, I needed a new motor (which I suspected) and Daniel explained my options to me. He said he could be back within a few days to install the new motor and again, he showed up exactly when her said he would. It took him very little time to install the new product and he fully explained how to use it. All the while, he was very pleasant and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone with garage door issues.

    Broken cable

    Salting corrorded my garage door cable. Appointment was made within 48 hours. Adam arrived on time and completed the job in an hour. Everything is running smooth now. Thanks for the service.

    Garage door repair

    Spring on my garage door broke. Not something you want to do yourself. A friend recommend homeland garage doors. Gave them a call and they sent someone within hours. Service person was polite and quick. Would use them again.
