One wheel came off the track Wednesday evening. Looked up Google on Thursday and phoned to ask whether work can be done on Saturday. Yes, time slot 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm. While I thought this was how fast it can be done, in fact it was the time slot for the technician to arrive. Sure enough he arrived from the Concord branch around 1:30 pm, looked at the problem give us a quote and upon agreement when to work. Vince replaced all 10 rollers in the door and completed the work by 2:15 pm. All very happy with the quick work and the door opens very quiet on nylon rollers. I called for service and they came and fixed my garage door problem in minutes. I will be sure to call in them should I need service for my garage in the future.

The main button for my wired garage door failed a short time ago due to damage from over twenty years of use. I was looking around for a company that could replace just the wired opener and Homeland told me that they provided that service. Dor arrived promptly and installed a compatible wired door opener. His service was excellent and efficient, and I now have a working garage door opener again. I'm very happy with Dor's service and would happily call Homeland again in the future.

Pavel was quickly dispatched to fix my garage door that wasn't closing properly... he replaced the rollers, made adjustments, lubed everything up, and got it working in tip-top shape again. In the process of doing so, he noticed several of the bolts holding the roller hinges onto the door had worked themselves loose from all the bouncing the door had been doing because it wasn't closing properly. If he hadn't of noticed that, it was probably a matter of time before the door came crashing down - I very much appreciated Pavel's attention to detail, knowledge, and professionalism. Definitely would recommend!

My garage door spring was broken, and Dor responded and made the repairs w thin 3 hours of the initial call? Completed the work quickly and efficiently, and provided additional service to some other parts of the door that required replacement. Dor was amazing!! Was not cheap, but the work was dome very well.
