So far the service was good. He did left some staples behind but other than that really did a good job installing the garage opener. Two thumbs up on the garage opener I bought from this company.

I called to have my garage door opener system replaced. The technician Dor called ahead of time as promised and arrived on time. He was professional, honest and extremely knowledgeable. I contacted this company in the morning and spoke to a gentleman named David. I actually had him do some work for me 4-5 years ago and he did an excellent job which is why I kept his number. This time, he listened to me when I described my problem with my garage remote and he sent over a technician whose name is "Dor". He came over right away and called me first as promised. He was very patient and diagnosed the problem but seeing as my remote was quite old gave me a couple of possible suggestions to fix the problem. Before he started the work, he also checked out the entire garage opening system and pressed some buttons and I think he re-set everything to see what would happen. Sure enough.........he got it to work again and I was absolutely THRILLED and very happy. This guy really tried his best to help and you do not find workers like that too often. I would 100% be happy to recommend him and his company................they are true professionals..........THANKS AGAIN...........Martin Isaacs
