    Waterproofing basement or foundation: Three basement window casings...
    I highly recommend Sealerman Waterproofing’s services. Cody addressed the basement window box water damage, and from my photos of the July 2025 flood, he was able to pinpoint the probable cause of the water entry into the basement---he suspected cracks at the windows and at the floor/wall junction. When some of the drywall and baseboards were removed, that was exactly what he found. A quote was prepared, and Cody’s team took approximately 3 days to remove the perimeter drywall, insulation, and remove the studs to access the cracks in the concrete walls and floors to repair and seal them. He required no cash up front to do the job. He showed me all the areas affected and explained what needed to be done. The worksite was tidied up when they left, ready for Chris to repair the drywall. Cody and his team are knowledgeable, experienced, diligent and polite. And the work is guaranteed for 10 years. It was a pleasure to work with this company.

    Cody & Chris are doing a great job. Explaining every step in the process. Extremely tidy. Came when they said they would and have done exactly what they said they would. Super glad we had them respond to our job ad on Home Stars. Will be back in a couple of days to finish the insulation, vapour barrier and drywalling.

    WOW. Great to deal with. I had a foundation crack, that had been repaired by a previous owner over 15 years ago, begin to leak with the large amount of rain we recently experienced Sealerman (I can't remember the owners name) provided a quote on the phone based on the information I provided, but that he would need to come see to be certain (the next day as they where working in the area at that time). When he came by, he mentioned the previous repair had been done professionally. He explained what they would do for the repair including explaining each aspect (because I asked). He confirmed the price he quoted me on the phone and because they had a cancelation they could actually do the repair the next day. Extra bonus regarding the company... It is a family business where the son (who has been doing this with his father for around 2 decades) has taken over the business from his father. The repair looks even better than the original repair

    July 18 and following days of heavy rain identified a few bad leakage spots in my basement. Called Sealerman and Cody and crew came in to assess the damage. I lucked out that they were able to come and do the work quickly! Professional and courteous, great communication and most importantly, quality work. Definitely will call them again if I ever need them. Highly recommend.

    Basement waterproofing

    Cody from Sealerman did a great job with a small water leak in our basement. Cody was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Really appreciated his honest insight and simple approach to our repair. Highly recommended for any basement water issues.

    Basement Waterproofing

    The knowledgeable and experienced owner Bill was happy to take on the job of repairing our leaking basement, which has been a problem for years. Even prior to starting the job, he gave us advice on how to prepare and remove the lower portion of the walls in order to determine the source of the leakage. This saved us a large and unnecessary expense. When his certified technician team (son Cody and assistant Zach) came to do the repair work, Bill came by each of the 2 days to oversee and inspect. They did a fabulous job, and kept cleaning up after themselves. They were all very polite, honest and hard-working, always ready to explain what they were doing. They gave us a 5-year 100% guarantee / warranty that there would be no leakage at the repair sites. We are very happy with the job they did, and would recommend Sealerman to anyone who has a basement leakage problem. They will do exactly what is necessary, at the best possible price. Ten stars, and much appreciation!

    heaving basement floor

    Bill came and took a look at our basement floor and brought in Cody to assess the damage. They were clean, efficient and thorough, going above and beyond to repair some of the work done previously by a competitor. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality workmanship.     Carport & Sidewalk Repair

    Bill and his son Cody did a repair on my carport wall and a sidewalk which had been damaged by road salt over the winter. All the work was done in the time estimated and for the cost quoted. I was also given information on places and products I could use to do some small repairs I was looking to do myself. I was very happy with Sealerman’s work and the cost of the repair. I would recommend Sealerman to friends and family.
