    basement Leak Fix

    Bill came and took a look at some leaking I found in my basement. He said they could fix the leaks no problem. Cody and Mike showed up and assessed the areas and went straight to work. They explained exactly what they were doing and how it worked. They are polite, friendly, professional and hard working. I am thankful for their service and would recommend them.

    Great rapport from start to finish

    I got Bill's information from a very positive review in Google. First impression with Bill and you can see that he knows what he's saying and proves that he's great with it. The work in our basement leaks were done by Mike and Cody. They were methodical with their work and they explained to me everything from start to finish on what they're doing and the materials they used. Bill and his team are very professional and polite. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and workmates.

    waterproofing and repair to exterior parging around house

    Amazing work

    I got my basement waterproofed/sealed by them. Great people, amazing work done in timely manner. Super impressed! Highly recommend to anyone looking for waterproofing work.

    Amazing product and service

    After having a major flood in our basement during the worst rainfalls since the great flood, we discovered that the problem was ground water seeping in through the bottom of the walls. We looked up sealerman, and Billy came over right away to assess the issue. We were upset that we might have to spend upwards of 20K to have weeping tile installed, ripping up our deck, porch and garden. Instead, his solution, which was 1/4 of the price, would be guaranteed to fix the issue. Their crew was available within a week after calling, and they did a fantastic job sealing up the perimiter of the basment, from inside the house. They were professional, polite, on time and did a great job. I'd reccomend these guys to anyone considering getting weeping tile installed, as this is a much faster and cheaper alternative.

    Waterproof outside wood basement and fix parging

    Cody waterproofed outside of preserved wood basement with membrane and extended parging down over that to water proof around exterior of house. Very pleased with the job. We subsequently contacted Bill owner and had Sealerman come back and put a 2 inch curb inside attached garage to prevent winter snow melt from going toward wall at side of garage.

    Responsible & Professional Waterproofing

    We discovered a crack in our interior basement wall late Sunday night. By Wednesday at 1pm, the issue was addressed & resolved. Sealerman is a family-owned business and it’s evident in their caring & responsive approach to their clients. Bill, who has owned the business for 40 years, provided a quote on Monday and his son, Cody & another contractor, completed the project on Wednesday. Not only were they extremely professional, but their rate was competitive. Thanks so much for your help!

    Excellent Experience

    We bought a 100+ year old house with obvious cracks and in the basement. This company gave us a very fair price, did the work so well and on time. Exceptional performance, it has to be said.

    Crawl space sealed for water

    They vacuumed the crawl space and sealed the entire space to reduce water seepage. We will see if it was effective this summer.

    Patch small area in basement wall
