The Aire One rep, Baltes, completed the maintenance in just over an hour. He uncovered gaps in the seams around the furnace filter that degraded the air flow and air cleanliness and taped them up. This should have been done when Aire One installed the units in 2008. He also offered good advice on maintaining the humidifier. I have been very satisfied with Aire One's service and the dedication of their maintainers.

Sales personnel and installation - everything was great, very professional handled. There was a bit more complicated situation but that didn't stop neither Sales agent or installers to go above and beyond to make everything perfect.

there was no heat ,I called aireone Hamilton they came fixed temporarily and said sensor to be replaced.same problem again after 4 days ,they said will call with sensor.today no heat at all I called again and says will charge 120 for call plus part plus labour charge to put the part. they take advantage of situation and charge as much as they want. very unprofessional unethical.try to rip people. called reliance fixed everything $100.

My furnace stopped working and I had air one from kitchener come to diagnose. It was diagnosed as needing a new blower. I decided to have the furnace replaced. It was installed the next day. I went down to my basement the following day to clean my basement and discovered my floor soaking wet. The pump had stopped working and with the new humidifier, it had overflowed into my basement. I had two mattresses and an area rug ruined as a result. I called Air One and was informed that they would be billing my for a new pump and a service call as it was not a part of the purchase. So questions I have is why was the furnace not checked and ensured that everything was functioning prior to completing the job. Why as well does my receipt indicate that I have a one yr warranty on a new pump if they didn't replace it to begin with? Also, it seems quite the coincidence that my pump stops working upon installation of new furnace. Workmanship would entail that all parts are functioning prior to completion of the job. Poor taste and poor judgement on Air One's part to pass of their errors in workmanship and attention to detail. I would not recommend their services. On a side note, they also turned off my water heater and did not turn it back on.

I was extremely satisfied with the sale and installation of the new YORK furnace by AIRE ONE. Everything was done professionally within a day and in extreme weather conditions. I now look forward to the delivery and installation of the YORK central air conditioner by AIRE ONE, not yet done but promised soon, and hopefully will be done with the same efficiency and perfection.

The service person was efficient and knowledgeable. He was courteous and made helpful suggestions. He did an excellent job in a timely manor. He went the extra mile in helping us with our furnice. Thank for his service

Ordered repair today after 5p.m. waiting to 10:30 p.m. called AIRE ONE 4 TIMES!!! technician Michael nobody call me back, nobody come to fix my furnace. Is this good ? or regular mater with aire one? Thanks for your sevice Aire One.

I had a new AC unit installed in June. In September it stopped working and when I called the 24hr emergency service number they said that they don't provide service on weekends. When asked about the emergency service they said someone would get back to me but they never did. I called to follow up the next day and they basically told me not to bother them on the weekend and I should call on Monday. When I asked them to explain why they had an 24hr emergency service phone line they said it was to take calls but they don't provide service. Good luck to any of their clients who have a furnace break down on a weekend or evening during the winter.

Aireone, outstanding sales and service. I had a furnace and air conditioner purchased the same day and installed the next. Sales new all the rebates and products and service knew how to install them professionally, a perfect combination. I would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends which I have done.
