My furnace broke down during a cold front on Sunday night. I called Air One on Monday morning. They sent me a professional and competent tech and he repaired my furnace during his visit. I was referred to Air One by someone that was very happy with salesman Peijman and his professionalism.

I was shopping for a furnace and I was recommended Aire one Mississauga. When I called I was able to get a sales rep come to my home the next day. He was very professional and pleasant his name was PJ. He answered all my questions and make me feel very comfortable. Once I purchased the unit the installers were very respectful of my home and very professional. They did a very fast and clean job. This was by far the easiest purchase ever with such a respectable company who put a big smile on my face at the end. I recommend Aire one Mississauga to everyone who needs a furnace or ac. Will be coming back for my ac :)

Very happy with Aire peel. I had the salesman PJ come by who was very professional and explained in detail all the different units from single stage to 2 stage to modulating to us and kept the options open. We feel as if we got a very good price and we wanted to thank PJ for that. The installation crew was amazing. Joe the installer was very professional and installed our new furnace and we couldn't be any happier. If you want good deal and professional installers Aire one is the company to purchase from. I was recommended to use Aire One back when we were looking for a new Furnace and A/C. Five years later, and we couldn't be happier with their service and the products they stand by. I'm also very pleased that everyone I've recommended them to has had only great things to say. Recently, I referred them to a family friend who needed a repair. They were so pleased that they already set up their next maintenance appointment! Thank you for being a great and dependable Canadian company.

Purchased a new carrier Furnace and AC from Aire One (Mississauga). Highly recommend them. Their staff is very professional & knowledgeable from Sales Consultant (PJ Band) to the technicians who installed my new furnace and A/C units. They also had the best price out 5 different quotations I got. They took care of everything from protecting floors to cleaning up after the installation to filing all the paperwork to get the applicable rebates.

Was severely overcharged by the company. For approximately 2 hours of labour and $190 part, the company presented me with a bill for almost $800. Number of hours on the work order was listed as 5 hrs x $99/hr. The reason for that many hours: technician spent significant time to obtain the required part. So they wanted me to pay $99/hr for the tech to drive around the city. Unbeliveable! When I hesitated to pay, the owner of the business threatened to remove the replaced part and leave us in the cold in February!

I would like to take this opportunity and thanks the aireone service for great job and awesome responce time that they gave me. Couple of nights ago i notice that my house is cold and when i looked at my stat, i noticed that the temperature of the house is lower than usual. We had no heat, just cold air was coming out . So i searched the internet for service companies in my area. I called aire one and their personal asked me some questions about my unit and then paged a technical guy to call me back. Less than 30 he called back and walked me trough some steps, but it did not worked. He said he is near my house and at another service call and will come to my place after that. I think he arrived in about 45-50 min after that conversation and got to work. He spended a fair amout of time on the heater room and then said that we need to replace small part. Lucky for us he had the part in his truck and replaced it and right away we got heat. Me and my wife were very happy that we called aire one and they gave us a great service. I will be looking forward to continue my services with them in the future and will recommend them to my friends.

Today my new furnace was installed by Aire One Mississauga. I must say they did a great job. They were on time, clean and did a great job with the installation. The technicians were M&M, (Mike and Mike). These guys do it right the first time. Very happy with the quality of work. I will also give full marks to PJ (the sales guy) he also delivered on his promise. Thanks Aire One Mississauaga.
